Golden Corral

Asked about fresh banana pudding and the first server was polite and went to find out. Came back and said they will be out with it soon. I waited patiently and a few more people joined me. After about 5 minutes one of the other guests asked the server putting stuff out of there was any more banana pudding and she snapped on the guest. Then proceeded to put out all the deserts other than what we were all waiting for and made sure she put out the banana pudding very last as we all stood there and watched for over 10 minutes! I spoke with the manager in charge and he didn't seemed to worried about it! I was so disappointed as I'm in the service industry and that was completely unacceptable! This was the Maple Grove, MN Store hard to read but I believe the store number is 2677 I will never go back again!

We thought we'd try it again... the food was cold help was useless... cost us 32.00 for 2 people and couldn't eat it... will never go to golden corral again... its a waste of money

My 10 year old was eating a pork chop the first bite she said had great flavor I noticed it was a little pink so I picked it up from her plate and it was completely raw. Then I went for a medium rare steak and it was brown no pink at all and i watched the man grill it for a couple minutes not over done. It looked old. Midwest city Oklahoma location

The food doesn't taste all that good and seems like most of it came out of a can. Cashiers are too slow. Not worth the price

Ate at the Golden Corral located in Hammond, La. #2689. Disappointing experience. Several dishes were out. Tables had not been cleaned prior to being seated. Dessert bar had no plates nor silverware. Bathroom faucets were not working properly ( had to hold push handle down and hold with one hand), one of two hand dryers not working. Signs are strong that management is not paying attention to details. Sad to see was once a really good place to eat. Receipt #F-0119, code **************. Date of visit 7/9/2021 3:39pm.

On Saturday, May 22, while dining at Waldorf Maryland, the waitress brought plates with bare hands that she had just cleared a table. She used no gloves or nothing, this is very very unsanitary. This is not acceptable. Waitress should use gloves to clear tables. Go back to the old way of getting plates, put gloves or napkins for people to get their plates. Thank so much. I enjoy going to the restaurant and I plan to continue.

Ok went in out ticket came up tp105.00 todaytable was dirty napkin dispensers was dusty. I went to talk to manger he didn't care. 465 E interstate 20 in Arlington

If you order from this restaurant for delivery service from Grubhub you will not get a what you ordered. They leave out entire meals and when you phone them, they say "there's nothing we can do about it". Their customer service sucks!

While the prices are reasonable and the customer service was good the food is not. It left us bloated and feeling yuck. The chicken wasn't crispy enough and from the pasta to the meatloaf everything lacked flavor! Very disappointed.

Night supervisor Courtney Denton should be FIRED! I originally expressed my concerns about the staff member who was filling drinks with ice and HAD NO GLOVES ON! That is against GC Policy with COVID! Then Courtney Denton continued to follow me and my 87 year old mother asking me question after question, when I had no more to say. I was trying to fix my mother's plate as she is handicapped and has Dementia and Alzheimers. I informed Courtney Denton that IF I had more concerns that I would speak with the Manager Kim that I know. Courtney then asked for my name and telephone number to leave for Kim. I told her that was not necessary, but that in fact she should have addressed that with the staff member. Courtney Denton stated, "I will but I cannot do that in front of her". At this point I was confused and a bit annoyed at her behavior. About ten minutes later Courtney Denton came to my table and said that she had spoken to General Manager and she asked to to leave. A few minutes later about 5 police officers showed up! She was the one who harassed me! My mother was so visibly shaken that I had to call EMS!

Ocala bread was so dry had to cut off bottom to eat. Steak, 1st piece burnt bad, second full of gristle, couldn't eat either piece, bourbon chicken cold, had buns no hamburgers, then cooked hamburgers and set out and took buns away, chocolate cake dry. Sad because food used to be good. One good thing, waiter was excellent, very prompt with all service. Covid is not an excuse.

Well I went to Golden Corral and the person attending me was incredibly nice and she was very kind and understanding well I did give her a tip of 20 dollars but that's not the point. The chicken that i tried was a bit rough and chewy and then i saw a bit of blood in it. The ice cream was alright though. But the worst about the place is the attendants they gave me a dirty plate that looked terrible. But the meat the desserts and things like that were great. In all I don't really know if u should go there but u should at least try it from a diffrent prespective if u dont really like it.

Everything was fine to start we sat near the desert section of Golden Corral Clinton Township and behind us was a girl with extremely long braided hair massive with red braids which is fine however cleanliness is the key right now and that hair was NOT pulled up and then that it was traveling freely all over the desert counters and when I went up to the desert counter waiting until she was done, under the counter, textng and plugging in her blue tooth. So she can practice singing,. She said it was self-serve I said I'm aware of that but there are No dishes. Frustrated which seemed like forevrr the annoying singing over the play device in the restaurant, to her music of choice on her phone. Is not appropriate behavior for a employees to be more worried about her appearance, her texting, and her singing practice for the next Superstar idol. I think NOT. Number one rule address your customers who approach the counter. This is not my first experoence with this woman. Many times eaten here, but enough is enough.
If the rest of us have to wear gloves. Her long fingrrnails should be covrred at all times in food service. A restrarant it would seem necessary to put a net to her waist length hair. Finally leave your phone in the locker and blue tooth. No need to practice amature mic night while customers are dining, Texting can wait until your break and keep your mind on your responsibilities. As a server. In whatever capacity that is right now.

Got an email for a family meal, sirloin steak with 2 sides, and rolls for 20.00. Could not order it online. Called my golden corral in Clarksville Indiana and got a line of bs. Why do u send out emails and not have them on the store website to be ordered on the Friday nite u send the email? This store is terrible on the online, curbside pickup. I ordered last Sunday, online, curbside pickup, got there, called into store so they knew i was there, had to record supposedly of my order. I said well it went through on my credit card. They r not checking for online orders. Piss poor service.
