Golden Corral

Went to GOlden Corral today had not been for a long time because as someone on a fixed income it's pretty expensive for a meal. I do not like their new layout. The selection is half what it used to be. Paid 20$ for two people and didn't even get any steak.

The food was horrible the food was cold bland. Lady working the front complaining about working there. Price says 7.99 to go all day every day but it's false it's 7.99 a pound don't say that. Lady at front even made a joke saying someone should sue them then said hint hint. Will never go there again

Walked in to a man yelling at the workers that there wasn't any white meat or anything fresh! I should have walked out right then and there. It got worse... the food was horrible, the place was filthy! I paid for 6 adults to have a "premium" dinner. What a disappointment it was! When did these places go downhill? Why do we still support places like this? The little piece of steak I had was probably the only good thing there, besides my family. NEVER AGAIN! I should have known better. Taco Bell was next door and I am not a fan of Taco Bell either, but it was looking really good. Don't waste your money! I also feel so sorry for the workers. I am happy they have a job, however I feel really bad they have to listen to the customers complain.

Their food was nasty the food was stale It was hard to bite some deserts were not cooked and the ice cream thing did not work in the corer they had a beat up wall is was dirty and nasty i wont go here till i'm about 90 years old

My husband a a couple of friends went to golden corral in Springfield Mass on last evening and we were totally disappointed. The catfish and shrimp were to salty, the Lima beans was raw, the cabbages were uncooked as well, the ribs were really huge lots of fat, but they were tender. The salad I made for myself was fresh and the piece of steak I had was enjoyable. But I will not be returning until they get real cooks that understand that emptying a bag of frozen vegetables needs cooking and seasoning the cabbages as well the. Etta and George

You may have had bad experience's in Golden Corral with its sanitization but a can assure you from all the years I have went to Golden Corral I have loved it and one of its most hated thing the chocolate wonderfall has been removed and replaced with marshmallows and rice crispy treats on sticks already covered in chocolate so no health problems can occur as often and with its affordability to were any commen man can come with his family to a meal you detriment how much you want and amazing customer service all around Golden Corral is the place to be!

Local management/franchise does not care. Last week I went into the golden corral in Dothan Alabama on the Ross Clark Circle. Had an issue with the store contacted corporate franchise office no response. Spoke with an assistant manager at the store expressed my concerns and issues and never ever heard from the owner which is the local manager are the Golden corral very very very dissatisfied the food On the bar was old or there was not any to be served. Very disrespectful that I never received a callback from the franchise corporate office or the manager of this establishment. I will never do business with them again. Plenty of people want your money they do not care!

I went to a MacDonalds and a Jersey Mikes, I spent for myself, just over $11.00 burger, fries, drink and a large sandwich at Jersey Mikes, Just over $12.00. I spent $11.00 as a senior Citizen at Golden Corral and got a Salad, Soup, Main course, vegies, Dessert, all I could eat and the quality was better than the above named locations. Oh, Yes, all the iced tea or soda I wanted as well. Plus, I had a nice table, my plates were cleaned and the drinks were brought to me. Am I crazy or what? The quality was very good, service was great, everyone was polite, the place was clean. Lots of parking. For me this was a real deal. Plus as a Vet they take care of the Vets with a free camp for the kids, and donations to the Vet groups in the area. Yes, this is the best deal around.No question. Great pies and cake for dessert along with ice cream. Yes I do eat here a lot.

All of the dishes were dirty, the utensils, plates, salad bowls, and the little sweat holder. The soda was watered down, the water didn't taste like water, and most of the food disgusting. One of the workers got mad for us saying that the sprite taste like sparkling water.

I don't quite understand how you could employ an armed robber and allow her to count your safe as well as $. Crystal and her pregnant daughter both robbed a store and now they are working at Merrill Riad? Really. What kind of establishment are you guys running over there? The food is cold most of the time and management seems to be nonexistent. I was there when the child molester got arrested in front of your customers. This location should have never been reopened.

They have amazing food and such a variety! Anytime Golden Corral is an option, my family doesn't even need to vote. Would definitely recommend! :)

We went to the Tallahassee Florida location at 6 pm. Upon our arrival the food bar was basically empty. We waited and waited on things to get refilled. Same for the dessert bar which wasn't be refilled stayed empty. Along with my glass of water finally walked to the back of the restaurant and waited on someone to refill my glass myself … such a waist of money and time. This is the 2nd time in. Couple of months that this has taken place at this location we will not be back

Last time I went to Golden Corral was 15 years ago at the Whitehall Pa location. I thought I would give it another try. Last time I was there they had a bigger selection of foods and dessert. It was overpriced for dinner ($16.99 + $3.99 for beverage) the reason why it's overpriced is because there is not much of a selection to choose from. What they had was 4 different types of chicken, brats, 1 type of fish, meatloaf and ham. And your usual side dishes. About 7 different ones plus the salad bar for desserts was a disaster only 4 different types plus ice cream. The cake was all smashed up.
The buffet bar needed to be cleaned up it had food drippings all over it. The dessert bar was even worse. On the plus side the dining area was clean.
Next time I go to a buffet I will inspect the buffet before I decide to pay and eat there.

When I want my husband to be nice I agree to go to golden corral lol means he'll see I want something. So yesterday we went to Golden Corral in colonial heights in VA what a let down, from the brown sheets for napkins all the way to crab salad to the ham, steak, to everything they've let everything go. The crab salad must've been put into a blender to mince. My husband loves the ham not no more. Been awhile since we went there lol it'll be longer before we go again. Sorry but such a let down for us and our yungins Olive Garden gonna try there next time. I'll miss y'all at Golden Corral so sad and the little brown sheets for napkins.
