Golden Corral

Cashier was super rude, staff just rude, half the food was bad. I am old, disabled, having a bad day, my birthday, yet they needed to insult me in front of me. Why? Maybe my unbearable pain and weakness is tough enough, if you can work, fine, shut up! Last time i was there, all perfect, everything, best meal ever. This time, F... will not go back. Just like they want, less customer, fire one of them them insulters. Please, if you can work, do not go ape crazy insulting customer who cannot help themselves. Wish i had photos,names, next time... OK, thew away my reciept, my bad, next time...

Absolutely do not go here food tasted like my s$/: and couldn't even cut my steak there was puddles of water under my table. Our waitress was so miserable and was scratching her hair and then handing me my cup dirty walls dirty people and just dirty in general never go here if it's your last meal :)

I went to Golden Corral on 7/15/23. All the food tasted the same. There were 4 people in my party.

The Golden Corral in Tallahassee, Florida, is the best. They have such good pizza there. The macaroni is very creamy. They have pretty good ice cream. And I just love their mashed potatoes.
I would suggest. Going there, it's the best Buffet in Tallahassee, Florida.

Today is the last time I'm eating at Golden corral, the quality and quantity of food choices has really gone down. I couldn't believe it, this location is in Texas. I left very disappointed, they raised their prices for what? Its not worth it. The restaurant didn't have as many people as usual, I see why.

I will not go to Golden Corral after over saturation of same tv commercial, all day long, AND none close nearby.

Steak was so tough I could not cut with sharp knife. Buffet had many empty selections. Rib container had black burndt ribs. Manager did not give a s@#%. Told me to call corporate.

A lot of the workers there were kind and gentle besides one guy. He acted racist towards me (I'm black) he would talk to all the white folk and even made comments to my white boyfriend but when I asked for water, he said no and walked away.
This was at the one on Boston road in Springfield mass, may 23, after 7 pm

I wish I could rate this lower than a one. The cleanliness of the containers of the food was almost rusting and looks SO unsanitary. The table was sticky and the utensils were not thoroughly clean. The bathroom reeked of gross smells and uncleanliness. Do not recommend at all. And to top it all off the "vanilla" ice cream was brown.

Me and my school were coming back from an amazing trip from Washington DC. Why we went here I have no idea but this was the worst restaurant I've been to if you can even call it a restaurant! When you walk in you can smell a VERY strong smell of food with a hint of sewage. I was confused why till I saw the bathroom… which was h3ll! When you walked in you saw a wonderful puddle of Sh!t water all over the floor. The food was honestly not horrible maybe that's because it tasted like absolutely nothing but I'm not complaining suddenly I felt I had to run to the bathroom. When I tell you I might have set a new world record for the amount of crap the you can produce. It felt like satan was coming out of my a$s hole. At least I wasn't pooping alone since probably half the girls in the school were also waiting for a place to poop and everyone knows it's better to poop with friends. At least i got a stuff animal from the claw machine in the end truly a day I'll never forget!

The manager artootle at the Golden Corral in Lubbock made a comment to me and another veteran that all we wanted was something for free and we never wanted to donate anything it needs to be removed from his job. I am a 10-year veteran while I was overseas i am sure he was enjoying all the freedom that we as soldiers provided while he was over here enjoying everything he should have more respect.

As I said tried to redeem the certificate, DO NOT DONATE ANY MONEY FOR ANY CHARITIES AT THIS PLACE. When I won the certificate I noticed it had two problems on it. One it said it was on redeemable in South County location, and I was AT the one in Illinois. Second, it said child buffet, so I told the cashier about this as soon as they handed it to me. She goes and gets someone who I thought was the manager, and had filled her in on the situation so when the lady comes back she tells me "oh yeah we will honor this I will sign my name on the back, and signs it." Apparently the girl did not tell her the part that I told her I don't have kids or grandkids will they honor this for a senior. I was under the impression they would since the lady appeared to acknowledge the whole situation before I left. Well, low and behold, when I tried to redeem I get you can't redeem this, it's for a child only...when I told the cashier what happened she goes and gets the GM who also tells me I can't redeem it. I told them I DON"T have kids or grandkids and this was supposed of been taken care of when I won the durn thing. Moral of the story I got squat from that raffle, and they need to take the spin board down. They even refused to give me the money back that I gave them to spin on. THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMER retainment idea if they keep doing this to people.

Went to the one in the Bronx and 50 dollars was a true waste of money never again and I had the taste in my mouth from the last one I had visited. I should of taken photos. Personal service was okay. Like the cashier. & Our and my waiter was fine. But i was pissed off.
I hate wasting money and food is so expensive these days. Like 8 said never again! Fish smell fishy the turkey tasted dry and processed the mack and cheese 9tasted like noodles with cheese the cheese cake was too sweet. Everything was wrong the ribs forget it the best thing in my plate was the salad and coleslaw! I could of done that at a Chinese buffet! Dissaapointed!

The Mac and cheese was decent but that white $#*! food need more seasoning. Took 2 bites of that steak (had to use all my strength to cut into it) and immediately rushed to the toilet. Was fighting for my life on that toilet. Will never forget that experience. The slushees tasted wonky. Had to push through though because I was setting world records (I had 7). Today, after being closed for a long time, I visited golden corral # 766 in Tampa, its remodeling was spectacular, the food was delicious and fresh. But, there was something that impacted me a lot and it was the treatment of the supposed manager Andrea Sanders to a young waitress, because the place was super busy and the waitress had 2 tables which she had not cleaned, I can understand that working under pressure is difficult, but nothing justifies the rude way of treating her workers and even less in front of the costumers, we all witness her bad attitude, she has no professional ethics at all and I think they should take measures in this regard so that she controls her character, because to directing a work team is based on respect
