I ate there food and got sick and they have bad food and had bad service they didn't refill my soda when I asked I had to do it myself

We drove almost an hour to get to the restaurant. Cashier was itching her hair then touching ice scoop and soda cups. Get to checkout and cashier said sorry no cards! My fiance is diabetic and needed to eat. I told her I don't carry cash. She said I don't know what to do. I told her we drove and hour she asked her manager that was standing there. The manager said same thing sorry no cards, don't know what to tell you. Then proceeded to tell me I could leave the restaurant and go to an ATM. I've never been spoken to so poorly before with no care! There should have been a sign on the door. Very poor customer service skills! Hope her doesn't have a diabetic emergency before we can somewhere else seeing as though we aren't from the area!

The roast beef is always cooked to well done. It is vrey in color. I go here 3 times a week with family and the last 8 time it has been cooked to med well before they begin to serve it on buffet. … when I spoke with Jeff a manager he told me to write it on website. I spend 1000.00 a month here and my favorite was always the roast beef they slice for you. This Golden Corral cooks the meat welldone before it gets served and protocol is MED RARE TO PUT IT ON LINE AND IT COOKS MORE UNDER THE LAMPS.sad as much as I spend their and they couldn't care less about what customers think. It's a service the more people they seat the more they make and if meat is overcooked noone wants to eat it so it saves lots of money on the roast because noone wants it. Sorry way to do buisness golden corral.
Fix your roast so most will enjoy it. I've mentioned it everytime I come there this month which is 8 times and no change. Meat is grey in color severely overcooked on purpose.

On the way in there were customers leaving that told us the service was terrible so they got refund and left. We went in and were not greeted the young lady kept her back to us. She stated she had a long day. Which is not our problem. We sat at a table we were told to move to the crowded area. I stated that I did not want to move over there. A lady told us it was fine. Then another lady said to move and an extremely rude manager wanted to argue with me about it. So we ask for a refund so we could leave. Manager us rude and argumentative. We will never go again. Absolutely terrible experience. We didn't even take our coats off yet. The entrance had fries everywhere on the floor. We will never return!

I don't understand how this food was so awful. I think just by eating here15 years of my life was knocked off. How they managed to have soggy pancakes with black char marks is beyond me. You would think that because of the awful food the service might be some what elevated, you would be wrong.

When too golden corral today 3/3/23.i made a comment about finding a different place too eat because of the dessert having chocolate on the peanut butter cookies. I don't like chocolate so I have that right I paid for my food. The waitress coming running too another waitress and told her what I said but told it loud if for everyone too hear. Why is it any of her business if I find another place too eat. We got there at 11:00 and most of the food was cold green beans has grease skim on them and the potatoes and carrots and gravy was cold some food was dried out.

Ordered today from Golden Corral in Albuquerque. Fish should come with french fries and hush puppies. No french fries and no hush puppies. Fish was horrible. Phone is busy all the time. I will not order anymore

The MOST disgusting bathroom I have ever seen! Worse than a truck stop x100! Absolutely disappointing. Areas where food is kept is equally as disgusting. Definitely will not be returning. Staff looks worn out overworked and underpaid I'm sure. Bathrooms have urine and feces all over. Sinks do not work properly. Toilets are clogged. Toilet paper is covering the floor. Walking to get food along the buffet bar there is food dropped all over the floor. In food areas have food scattered in between other food and all over the counter. Absolutely need to do better this is the worst I've ever seen this place. My stomach turns to think of even returning. I would rate negative 100 at this point! Unfortunately that option is not available!

Visited the San Bernardino location, food was sub-par,On the other hand - hostess Lorreainna ( was spectacular, kind, fast service and met the needs of everyone in our group, and checked on us regularly and showed up asking if we needed things even before we could call her over to ask for them.cleared plates, never let our table get cluttered, and all this amongst what seemed to be a very busy work load.great service from this gal...Please extend our appreciation of her hard work and great service to her. MANY THANKS to her and this establishment

Golden Corral has an excellent variety of food to satisfy your hunger, or if you're there to get a quick dine and dip, the variety they provide will always be more than enough to satisfy you, and not to mention, free refills. The steak is always my go to, the grill chefs know how to work that grill and what you want, you can get rare, medium rare, medium well, or well done here. The food itself is the golden boy of the restaurant, however, the one thing that ticks me, and could tick anyone, is the pricing. It's pretty expensive per person, racking in about $15 dollars per person, this price can go both ways, good or bad, considering the food they serve is pretty good, but it's nothing really special worth $15 per person. Service is actually pretty good considering those free refills and how kind they are to customers. Overall, I give this a good 3 stars, if the price weren't so, well, pricey, it'd be a lot better, to pretty much sum it all up, what I'm saying is that the food carries Golden Corral.

We were very dissatisfied with the Manager and the food. The food was at best, lukewarm and for dinner, they were slow in cooking the steaks. The Manager and the cook stayed in the back of the room telling people 15 minutes for the steaks. It took much longer than that. I paid for a dinner menu, not a lunch menu and the chicken was very hard and tasteless. No beef in the pot roast, just potatoes and carrots. When I did get a piece of steak, it was burnt. The Manager was just worried about the seating arrangement, not the quality of the food. This is the first Golden Corral I have experienced such poor quality of food and Management. We would never eat there again.

First the plates wasn't clean more than one plate. I moved them to the side,so no one else would get them. The food wasn't good at all. Just a few things i ate was a little ok. Food was cold and my soda wasn't good at all. My son will eat my food. When I say he eat a lot. He didn't eat but one plate and he didn't eat all of that. He didn't like the food at GOLDEN CORRAL. FOOD USE TO BE GOOD THERE NOT NOW. HAVEN'T BEEN THERE IN A LONG TIME,NOT COMING BACK! CHOW TIME IS MUCH MUCH BETTER EVEN WHEN I HAVEN'T BEEN AT CHIW TIME FOR A LONG TIME THE FOOD IS STILL VERY VERY GOOD. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT BAD FOOD PLEASE. I didn't pay for the food today.

We recently visited the Golden Corral in Jonesboro and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The restaurant appeared to be clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was affordable for an occasional splurge for us fixed-incomers. One problem... our waitress had long braids, close to waist length. Very fashionable, but as she would wipe off the tables after the diners would leave, the ends of her many beautiful braids would swish around on the tables, both when the food was there that she was wiping off, as well as when she was doing the final wipe off. This young lady was very helpful while we dined, very attentive to the customers' needs, a great employee, but for sanitation sake she should be instructed to gather her long hair with a tie so that it hangs down her back instead of touching the tables she's cleaning.
We will always go back to this great restaurant and would always enjoy having this waitress work with us, but this small improvement would help greatly.

The food there is good cooked to perfection No difficulties. The waitress was really nice. The drinks were great if i could i would give this place a 9/10 i didn't try everything but i had a wonderful and fun experience This is coming from a 12 year old.

My family and I went to the reopening of the Beavercreek location this past Friday night! The food was great everything was hot and tasted great! But the real reason for the review is the server we had Mia she was excellent! She was very busy but still managed to keep our drinks full as well as every other table made small talk with all her guests and kept the tables bussed and her section was very clean! She definitely made us want to come back and for sure ask for her! She kept a positive attitude the whole time and never let us see her sweat! She invited us back as well as every other guest! Mia is a rockstar and we hope to see her there for a long time to come!

$17 per person. Mediocre food at best. Most of the food look like it had sat all day without being changed. Crusted over. There was a foul smell coming from the tuna or crab salad. I promise we will never be going back. $17 dollars. No one was making steak. The guy who came on shift I heard him say no steak what the heck. He started steaks, welcomed everyone. Our girl was fantastic, she kept our drinks filled and our table cleared. The dessert table was sad. The banana pudding which is yummy had about one scoop in it and two hours later, had the same scoop. Ole dried out food. The soups gross. No way we were eating those. Old and crusted over. For $17 bucks do better!
