The one thing they did right was refunded my money when asked without issues. For a company that is suppose to be in delivery they are a far cry from Amazon and how they keep you informed on the status of your order. I understand COVID-19, but there is no excuse for not providing accurate status on order and charging your CC before shipping!

The Lobster Bisque and the Crab Bisque were both outstanding, with good flavor and consistency. Both bisques had ample bits of meat, and a buttery smooth consistency. Both showed that there was someone who knew how to combine ingredients to create a tasty bisque. Both are an A! Well done!
Delivery happened when promised, Ess-a-Bagels were wrapped in twos and tasted as fresh as can be! I will definitely order from Goldbelly again!

Answer: They aren't necessarily a scam, but very poor customer service policies. If anything goes wrong with your order, like it did with mine, they just blocked me from their Facebook page so I couldn't leave a review. It's just luck if your order arrives and looks as you would expect and if it doesn't you are out of luck. Just contact local bakeries or restaurants and have them deliver for you, no reason to pay Goldbelly and have a third party who cares nothing about your order throw it around in the back of their truck and deliver it trashed. Goldbelly is unscrupulous and a big risk of wasted money.
