Overnight or two day shipping included with item ordered. Arrived on time and was completely frozen ( blue finger frozen :) as it should have been for lobster pot pies. We look forward to having them during the Holiday season

It was very easy to order and had several combinations that could be sent. I was kept informed about the order from ordering to delivery. My mother and her friends loved the cookies. She is 97 and lives in a skilled nursing facility. The staff really enjoyed the cookies. I will order again from this site.

Pie with caramel and nuts - what's not to like? One of her friends claimed that the pie from Achatz and mom's homemade almond rolls are the two best foods she's ever eaten.

Ice cream was great and everything was delivered on time

The dry ice kept the pizzas frozen and fresh. It actually arrived a day early!

Ordered 24 bagels with scallion cream cheese and salmon for christmas. Paid for overnight shipping. We received 24 pre-packaged hard and stale bagels that are inedible unless toasted. If we were in NY we would have thrown them out. Absolute rubbish! Never again.
