Go Guardian is an invasion of student's privacy. It blocks freaking NEW TABS. The worst thing is that Go Guardian tracks your location without the student's permission, which is ILLEGAL. BAD BAD BAD. Whenever my teacher turns on go guardian, I feel like kicking my computer out the window. DO NOT USE. THIS IS AN ILLEGAL WEBSITE. Also it sees your search history D:

It is so bad like if I was able to rate it a zero I would actually a negative *******000 I would know the high school and middle school I went to and still go to uses it and the fact teachers are able to just block your tab and really anything other than microsoft and also websites that you need to use like researching websites so what do they want all students to fail and the fact that they've blocked games like WTF sometimes the teachers let kids play games but now we can't and even some teachers are annoyed from go guardian because the teachers also get block I heard (from teachers) but what really ticks me off is the fact the teachers can watch us on their own laptops is terrible and now they can limit how many tabs you have open so imagen this you have a big assignment and you need a lot of tabs open to do your research and you teacher limits your tabs to 2 like come on but my question is how dumb are the teachers that uses this like they just are too lazy to actually deal with it themselves they have an app deal with it like so now the lazy teachers are even lazier it's just stupid and I have seen 59 reviews saying that it sucks so how is go guardian still up there has been petition after petition of people wanting go guardian gone and look at that hey it's still up so we need to take it down. I searched why go guardian was made and it said "to provide K-12 schools with new technologies that enable students to engage in a better learning experience." and it gets rid of the 4th amendment which states "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." which feels kind of illegal because go guardian isn't the government so yeah and it makes kids become depressed trust me I've seen it but my question is why did they block Minecraft edu it's an educational game and the fact that it can block YouTube videos now I can't even listen to most of my music anymore because it's from a videogame and even for teachers some videos are blocked but why? But you know what I say we all ban together and somehow get rid of go guardian once and for all because it gets rid of our freedom because really the only people who likes go guardian are teachers and really, really strict parents so let us get rid of this monstrosity please who agrees with me?

It blocks educational websites and lets teachers spy on you. Teachers can lock your screen and you can't use your thing after school

This extension is a COMPLETE violation of the Fourth Amendment, and a violation of privacy, no matter what y cannot remove it, and before all the teachers and teacher's pets spam me, $#*! off, your opinion on the awful creation is invalid, thank you for your time, good day.

All this stupid piece of crap does is block everything, educational or not, it just does and its very frustrating and annoying, it makes all students basically have PTSD and depression. Its literally spyware and tracks your data, so yes, it invades privacy, makes every school mad, and as said before. A. PIECE. OF. CRAP.

GoGuardian spies on children. It can look through your camera roll. It blocks everything useful, and does not even keep children on track. For example, when I was a kid, I had 2nd period with a teacher who used GoGuardian. GoGuardian locked the screens. I went to 3rd period, trying to work on an assignment, but GoGuardian would not let me do activities even after the end of 2nd period, which was when GoGuardian was supposed to turn off. This is trash, I'd rate it 0 stars if I could.

GoGuardian Sucks. It mistakenly blocks websites that students need, and teachers cant really do anything because the admins are the ones who block the websites. And teachers can see and manage student's PRIVATE! Info. And they can lock the computers and completly turn off browsing. I get SO annoyed when im RIGHT in the middle of doing something and i just get the "browsing disabled" message. It also tracks things like history and all that. AND IT BLOCKS WEBSITES THAT TEACHERS INSTRUCT FOR STUDENTS TO GO ON, WHICH MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO COMPLETE ASSIGNMENTS.THAT IS SO STUPID AND SO THIS DUMB SOFTWARE SHOULD BE DELETED!

The $#*!ty damn goguardian stalks children and blocks every single thing we damn do! I believe that this goguardian $#*! should be taken down and broken, brick by brick. It should be melted and $#*!ing pulled apart. It should spend its days in $#*!.

As a teacher, I cannot stand this app. It blocks my students from everything. What crappy way to spend money. Do not get

GoGuardian watches my kids screens and it just disappoints me. Every single website says, "Website Blocked" Also, they have to do work on some Youtube videos and they are just blocked... like why...

In conclusion, do not get GoGuardian UNLESS it's for a good reason.

It blocks everything, fails to load youtube, only allows coolmathgames, schoology, the educational stuff, and anything fun is off the board completely. 0/10, do not reccomend. Also it tracks your data so it's actually -5/10

Yea, I really can't say much about GoGuardian just that it sucks and blocks a lot of important resource websites and is very frustrating EVEN FOR TEACHERS and I don't believe in any of those stupid 5-star reviews Goguardian needs to be taken down.

Most of the thing on youtube is now blocked because of this. It also blocks everything even the most harmless thing like private movie sites. But it is also good for students toooooo stay focused on work. Teacher: WOAHH LETS BLOCK EVERYTHING FUNN!
I hate this extension

In my opinion GoGuardian is one of the dumbest apps that have ever been made.
1 students get no say in what is or is not blocked
2 some blocked websites are blocked for no reason
3 the teachers are violating students privacy
4 videos are blcoked for having quote "A blocked keyword" but there are no bad words at all
5 teachers use it as a way to embarrass student in front of the rest of the class.
Thats all I have to say but GoGuardian needs to be removed forever.

I was trying to talk to an agent and they just ended it out of nowhere I hate this place so make sure you get good people.

Like fr man this is illegal, and that's privacy violation bro they should fix it.
And it even block pages or videos that aren't inappropriate
