In one class we were watching a base ball game so it was a free period, I'm not that in to baseball so i pull up some games on my school laptop. And thanks to GoGuardian my teacher saw i was playing games (The game wasn't even that violent) and proceeded to take my computer until lunch. Thanks a lot GoGuardian!

This app literally sucks harder than Ixl which is saying something like tell me why you are so watching me 24/7 and telling me I can't use websites for school it's not even games at this point like why am I blocked from searching a random city in the Philippines also the teacher can block and delete any of the tabs you have open and they can put a tab limit on you're fricking Chromebook like I'm sorry All I wanted to do was go on my Ella teachers google classroom but as soon as I click on it it send my teacher and email and notification that I'm not doing science work like you were literally too lazy to see that I wasn't on google and still announced to my teacher hole class I was like honestly aren't you teachers and you are supposed to be smart like read ten words without getting bored I dare you and if you are on a unapproved tab more than once they lock you out of your Chromebook for 5 minutes so no sorry but this app sucks and I am not vouching for it in any positive way if I had a lawyer I would be sueing them and my school for using and trusting this security breaking and personal information stealing tracking app withought caring at all this crap sucks

Go guardian is the worst thing ever, I try to get on a game and it gets blocked honestly I'd rather get a referral than not be able to play anything!

Chat, this thing is just crazy. Like blud, why is it fricking popping up on my screen every 3 seconds, like I don't care about you, get out of my face. Fella, if I could give this negative stars I would, the only good feature is it blocks ads but then it like goes OD and blocks everything. Also I get a funny feeling it's thinking cuz it'll let me on a site and then halfway through just kick me out, like chat if you're gonna block an information source just fricking do it, why are you tormenting me by letting me read half the shizz I need to know before kicking me out. This stuff is crazy. I can't really prove this, but I low-key think that this thing is looking at me rn, I don't think I'm finna be able to write any more reviews anymore cuz EVERY OTHER review site got blocked> I WONDER WHY, maybe viewing reviews of sites isn't educational and is detrimental to learning? If you search up "boat", it gets blocked. GoGuardian seems to be getting smarter and more controlling every day. We should have more trust in kids, or just check their computers by ACTUALLY LOOKING AT THEIR SCREENS! More proof that teachers are lazy.

A constant and uncomfortable invasion of privacy just to keep kids "focused." Ok so if kids dont pay attention in class that is their problem! Don't give consequences to the kids who do truly pay attention!
