Unscrupulous business practices. It begins with them pretending to be an outside review company, rate their products high, so you're duped into assuming they're good products. I realize this initial connection is on me - I should have dug deeper. Immediately after paying them twice the average cost for a portable blender, I requested a Paypal refund as the refund had not gone through yet. The company then processed the order, emailing me back to say it was too late for a refund. However, when the package arrives, I can contact them for a refund. Box arrived damaged. I requested a refund and received this message:

We are sorry to hear that our product did not meet your requirements. Our company aims for 100% customer satisfaction and we apologize we did not live up to your expectations. Our returns policy requires customers to send back the item at their own cost. Instead of going through this hassle, we'd like to offer you a 20% refund of the total purchase amount you have paid for. You may then keep the product at your disposal. We hope this offer works for you. We look forward to receiving your favorable response.

I have requested a shipping address for a full refund. Next chapter from GoGo to be revealed. STAY AWAY!

Buyer Beware!

Bought shoe inserts in promise of relief from aches and pains. Expensive shipping and took awhile to get! Sends ginormous size so obviously to try them you have to cut to size. They absolutely do not work. But because you size them to fit and they do NOT work as promised you cannot get refund! Terrible customer service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!

I bought 3 of their pure lief pain gadgets first one out of the box broke the second one was soo tight it caused pain and a major bruise asked for a refund of couse its more than 30 days and omg out of warranty, the email address they sent from was dissconnected and i had to spend time to find them only to be told to get lost (not in so many words)

TRADING STANDARDS

Dear all. I have got no further in getting a refund so far. I advise all on here who are unhappy with this company, please fill in a trading standards form. Just Google trading standards and let them know what us going on through the online form. It may take a few minutes but could stop others being scammed.

Customer service

I purchased 5 cameras. They arrived by usps. One box was damaged. Just happens to have damaged the camera. It goes on but won't move up or down. I've been in contact with customer service by email. They first told me to reply and tell them I want it replaced. I did, then they started asking for other items. Everyday after they ask for something else. I don't know what part of the camera won't go up or down, that they don't understand. It's safe to say that dealing with their customer service, I won't be making anymore purchases or recommending them.

No way

Extremely bad. The headphones broke after 2 months, people refused to take them back, actually against the EU regulations and wrote that they would like to help with something else. Do not buy here, never ever touch any of their products.

Do not purchase from this company. Stay away...stay far away. I purchased 2 want to be dyson hair dryers. They do not work. They offer 30% discount, but it will not make the product work any better.

The earbuds broke after a short 5 weeks and the return policy is 30 days after the order, so they refused to do anything about it. Might I add that we received the product AFTER the return policy had already expired. Will never buy again from this company.

This company claims to have a return policy but they do not. They requested photo proof that the items I purchased were in the original packaging, which I provided. These items were never opened, yet they denied my request to return the items. 0 stars is deserved but was not allowed to submit review without at least 1, but this company is not deserving of even 1 star.

Awful Customer Service

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered 2 products that cost $150 each from this company and did receive the products but only got 2 uses before it broke. They are not willing to do anything at all like replace my broken product because it had been 60 days since purchase. Yes the purchase was made in November but not given until Christmas and then broke literally after 2 uses. Very cheaply made products and very poor customer service.

I purchased a GOGO Xtreme Wi-FI extender, that never arrived. They forgot to pay the postage. Three (3)
Months later I still don't have a refund. Very unreliable, unprofessional. Will def. Will not purchase from them in the future.

SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company is a scam.
They take your money and post you a cheap piece of Chinese made plastic rubbish.
I ordered a heater which turned up damaged and didn't work.
Weeks.later, I've not been able to make contact with gogogadgets, they don't answer phones or emails.
Thankfully my bank have refunded me the money.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS.

Repeat DO NOT BUY! This is a fake company who will take your money and post a piece of plastic! Once you receive your plastic… There are no returns! No contacts that answer and they have your money! Paid over £150 for heaters and was delivered 2 faulty pieces of plastic with no workings! Emailed the company 17 times with no reply and the phone number doesn't work! Please keep your money safe and buy from a REAL company. Total scam artists! It's a fraudulent scam and you will end up with nothing for your hard earned money while they are probably laughing at us who they are stealing money from! Please listen

It was very misleading about the cost of the product bought. Only when you enter the payment details they add the shipping cost and VAT which wasn't mentioned on the website, compared with other shopping companies like Amazon to confirm the final payment! They also don't offer any alternative delivery address. When I called in the morning they said the order had been processed and could not be cancelled so I'd have to wait for the arrival of the product before following the return policy, which I saw in other reviews would be another headache. Do not shop from them!

Brought a heater on 21st September they finally posted it on the 6th of October then on the 28th of October I got an up date saying that it was delivered on the 18th well I don't know who got it but it wasn't me have tried 3 or 4 times to contact them but the never replied bought it for my 80 year old mum to keep her war now she has to stay cold as I can't afford to get another one so angry if I could give minus stars I would give minus 5

Ordered from them weeks ago, never arrived so emailed several times cancelling it. Ignored that and now say it's been dispatched and that I must return at my own cost. And it's not a uk company so cost is astronomical. They also add extras on after the order is placed so a good price becomes a poor one

Stay away from gogogadgets
September 27, 2022

It was easy to order online and they provided all pay information. I decided to return items and sent several requests for retour receipt. I made several attempts by phone, only to get get a recording telling me, please wait for the next available agent. After ten to fifteen minutes the recording cuts. To this day I not heard any more from this company. Not a way to do business.
