After about 30 days, the right earbud in the Beatsbud x1 product would not charge beyond 10%. I didn't use them often. So saying "30 days" is being nice. They likely didn't charge correctly from the start. After 30 days, GogoGadets will not replace your defective device and they will not refund you. DO NOT BUY anything from GogoGadets. It's a fraudulent company that preys on people. Their customer service was as bad as the product. I would give them 0 starts if I could.

My 80-year-old mother purchased this doorbell camera it didn't work, and when purchased this product you are instructed to download an app for it to work, well they were very many many bad scores bad reports that the app does not work and it crashes. Give the fact that my mother's 80 years old she misplaced the invoice. So finally was able to find the phone number and called the company to request a refund. They would only refund my mother 24% of what they took from her. She did not know she had to do it within the 30 days but again she's 80 years old and gets confused easily and I explained it to the representative but he didn't care he was very rude and I'm just letting you guys know their product doesn't work so don't buy it find a different company that has much better reviews these people are nothing but a scam shame on them for ripping off in 80 year old woman.

I bought a pair of their earbuds to use at work. They wouldn't pair with anything. I have new Apple components across the board. I asked for a refund, and months later, I still don't have my money back in my account. They said they refunded it, but they will lie to you over and over and over. I have to call Wells Fargo Fraud Dept to recoup my losses. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! :(

I purchased compression socks from them and they didn't fit. I called and was told to send them back. I sent them back to the actual company that sent it to me, ESG on July 3rd. I have the tracking number and proof of mailing. I never received a refund. Calling Gogogadgets is a joke because the customer service person sounds like they are under water. I've called 3 times and have gone back and forth with them by email. They want me to just give up and eat the money they owe me. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a product and I was charged but never received it. Customer service says they show delivery and to contact delivered company. How would I know who delivered it if I never got it? Stay away from this company.

I had no problems. Product im very happy with and thats the earbuds. They kept me informed with tracking. Ill order from them again. Im very pleased.

Terrible company; misled me on price and shipping by not having a clear policy, so far has refused my requests for a refund for something that was supposed to cost $17, they charged me $50, and I could have gotten on Amazon for $12...

They where not even the ones on there website. I wanted to return for a refund since the where even not even able to fit in my shoes. I was told me to send pictures so they could see I had not cut them to fit my shoes. All of this was done the same day I received my order.
They said they would get back with me. Then they contacted me and said they would give 20% refund if I would keep them. I said that was stupid since I paid over 50 for them and they wanted to give me 10.00 I told them that was not expectable. Then they came back and said they would give me 30% and if I did not take that I would have to pay for my shipping back to them and then they would take subtract the shipping i had paid for when ordering and then add another 5.oo for restocking. We need to say I was Screwed no matter which way I went. So be ware of the company if you need to return anything. I would not order from this company at all.

I had ordered a product from this company, and the website and reviews seemed legit. It is not. There is no customer service and not real sure if it is even a legitimate company. I found this site after never receiving order and cancelling at my bank. STAY AWAY!

I bought earbuds. Credit card debited. No merchandise shipped ever.

Don't even check the products. The website will only reveal shipping charges after you have given CC info. Then they have charged and shipped the products even when I cancelled the shopping cart seeing shipping cost is over 35% of the product. There is no way to return the products.

Do not buy anything from this charlatan company. Just don't. We purchased a wifi repeater/extender. It did not work at all. It actually just slowed the bandwidth. When I asked to return it GoGoGadgets took me through a labyrinth of offers - "we can offer you 20% and you can keep it." We can offer you 30% and you can keep it". I don't want to keep this piece of garbage. Finally, they insisted they could not refund the initial cost of shipping and you have to pay your own shipping to return the item. I've sent it back and paid for the shipping if for no other reason I don't want this crap in my house and I don't even want it in my local landfill. What a joke. Never ever again.

I bought an intellibell front door camera from this company. It arrived and the quality was terrible. The voice was Asian and you couldn't understand it. I contacted customer service who said they would refund 20% but would offer me 30%. This purchase cost $100.00 but the would refund $24.00 and they would not pay for shipping or provide a shipping label. They gave me a code and to send my email to *******@gogogadgets.io
Guess what the email was returned to my email as undeliverable. Run away from this company as fast as you can.

I ordered item from them (before doing proper research). Only after finalizing purchase the estimated delivery and shipping costs were displayed. Realizing that delivery time was way too long I immediately tried to cancel the purchase, Company did not allow it, claiming that item has already been "Processed". It took a week for tracking info to show up. For two weeks they claimed that item was shipped, this was a blatant lie, after two weeks they admitted that. "we have a problem". They again claim that item has been shipped, which is not true. To this day ( 3 weeks after the purchase) tracking info still says that only shipping label has been created. Complete waste of money. Do not believe good reviews of their products. Those were created by GoGadgets company. If I coul I would give them "Minus 5" rating. Stay away from those scammers.

This is such a scam. Saw a review of ear buds and placed an order. As others have noted, a red flag when they hit your credit card before you see tax and shipping charges. Emailed them an hour later to cancel order prior to shipment. Called customer service but no one ever answers. Called my credit card folks but not much they can do; at best I can try to challenge the charge after it is posted. Shame on me and others who did not sniff these skunks out.

Very complicated and drawn out return process. After phone call there have been 8 emails back and forth giving different information they need...I still have no return address. Unauthorized purchase by 78 year old dementia patient. No compassion; all business

What a crappy experience. First they process the payment before I had a chance to review the high shipping charges. I have not received the product. They never indicated shipping method, so the US Postal Service does not use the same address that UPS, FedEx, or Amazon uses. They are making me go to the post office to prove who I am now and I don't want this overpriced product and I haven't even seen it and have no confidence I ever will. Beware buying form these people, the Google results for the company indicate they have a horrible reputation. Now they are claiming I gave them an incorrect address as a way to get out of refunding my money. Which is more BS.
