Be aware any money sent to this company might not get to the cause the donor is supporting. Unacceptable behavior and concerning lack of ethics.

Do not even think of using Gofundme for any purposes that might go against the political biases of the company.

They froze an important and popular fundraising campaign that had raised millions of dollars, then publicly stated their intention to steal the funds that had been raised and give it to another charity of their choosing.

Due to extreme public backlash they have now opted to repay all of those that donated, but clearly, this was not their original intent. That original intent was to blatantly steal the funds.

I would highly recommend that no one every give a penny to these swindlers ever again.

They withheld tons of money from a legit fundraising event on political means. Cancel culture at its worst. Don't use!

This week, GoFundMe betrayed Canadians by removing the large fundraiser that was a huge success to support truckers who were fighting for ALL CANADIANS' freedom. I will never use the site again.

A great alternative is GiveSendGo.com

Go fund me will take sides. They are not neutral. They froze 10 000 000$ for no justifiable reason when good citizens were trying to join efforts to retake their freedom in Canada. They are a sold organization.

GoFundMe didn't cancel Black Lives Matter fundraisers when it was clear the associated riots had become violent yet unlawfully cancelled the fundraiser for the peaceful trucker convoy in Canada even attempting to redirect the finds to only GoFundMe approved charities (until the overwhelming backlash caused them to reverse course and issue refunds to everyone). They are biased and cannot be trusted. Use GiveSendGo instead

The site is a SCAM and a RIPOFF. 100% SCAM! AVOID!

Go fund me has made decisions in line with political affiliations. My donations are not to be scrutinized be people that work for Go Fund Me. Who in the HELL made them GOD! TThink long and hard begore you use this platform!

Over $10 million dollars were contributed to Freedom Convoy 2022 and GoFundMe wrongfully decided to not pay out because Trudeau very falsely claimed this was a "terrorist group", labelling hundreds of thousands of supporting Canadians and others as "terrorists". GoFundMe caved to an oppressive government. The good news is that a Christian based, honest group is now receiving and dispersing funds: GiveSendGo.

Stealing almost 10 million dollars from the Canada Freedom Convoy was theft & this won't end well for GFM. You're obviously siding with communists and need to be boycotted
