Do not use ur money to donate to anything relating to GFM they r thieves takes ur money n doesnt give it to the fundraiser u donate to... use givesendgo they are much more reliable and actually put ur money to the fundraiser u want! While we know this may bring up questions about the reasons for these actions, we need to keep those reasons private in order to maintain the safety of donating and raising money on GoFundMe. There trash.

I have been trying to set up a money transfer to my bank for two weeks now! It is ridiculous! It tells me to verify my email I do but then it sends me right back to the same page telling me to verify my email address. How many times does it need to be verified? I mean come on, I have verified and verified and yes I have sent in all the required documents needed for a transfer yet still not set up all the way. Why not? I think gofundme is a branch of the damn IRS. Actually its easier to get a refund from the IRS than it is to get funds from this stupid website. I give gofundme a -10 points. It would be helpful if they actually had someone I could talk to but you know they dont.

This is a company that has not only violated the most basic privacy rules by exposing all the private information for the donors to everyone but had the audacity of actually talking the money from people and giving them to charity of their choice. People should know this platform is used to raise funds that can finally be used for totally different purpose.

I had many problem for the few months that I had my gofundme. Nobody would ever reply to my emails. A lot of problems arose. They did things without my consent to change my gofundme. Even the people that did reply which was rare, were not helpful. Awful experience. I am still hurt and angry.

Your business practices are appalling, and I hope many others like myself will let your company die on the vine.

Never, ever, ever donate to charities though GoFundMe, they are a corrupt socialist organization. If they don't agree with choice of whom you want to donate to, they will simply pick a beneficiary that they support from an ideological perspective. Defund GoFundMe!

They didn't full fill there services agreed to. After people completed there end of the agreement GoFundMe failed to complete there side of that agreement
