I submitted on-line the night before an auction (less than 24hrs). I was inquiring about financing a 100,000 dollar purchase. After filing the requested information, I was emailed and called directly the following morning with 3.75 hrs remaining till my deadline. They gave me the right details and the confidence to proceed on my quest. Although, I backed out of the auction and never needed the loan, their direct and continued communication with me came as quite a delightful surprise... and this... in the 21st century? Whaaa? -
