Experience was great, though I tried to call a couple of times and my call never gets answered.
Not sure why.
This process took days and as of yet I still don't know if I'm approved or what interest rate I'll have. Extremely frustrating since I only have 5 days to pay the auction house. Poor follow up from my agent, I literally called her daily to try to get answers. I've applied with another lender as I don't have confidence in this company.

I submitted all of the requested information after following your ad's link from Controller.com, I received a reference number, and then I never heard back. I'm surprised by this considering my excellent credit rating.
Very fast application process.
Jack was very fast to respond to my application. He was very helpful and courteous. I'm sure he will continue to work with me anyway he can to help me with my purchase and delivery of my purchase. A real pleasure to work with him.
