David was my Service Pro today and was very thorough in keeping my home pest free inside and out! The Aptive service pro always calls the day before, when the are about 15 minutes away, and when they are done. I am very appreciative of the customer care.

Their technicians always keep me informed of when they are arriving, ask about what pest issues I am currently experiencing, explain what services they will perform and are responsive with requests. It's also easy to reschedule if the service is scheduled on an inconvenient day. Most importantly, their pest control service works for me!

I specifically told the guy where not to spray because of a duck laying on eggs. I went over the place 2 times and then watched him spray that area. NOt Cool!
