It took them 5 days to get my frame order processed and shipped. Unacceptable. It is taking twice as long for them to get it in the mail than the shipping time.

I order sunglasses beginning of July and I request fast shipping in 2 days. I receive email confirming my order and nothing… waiting and waiting. I email them to complain and I got an email back saying my item is out of stock and they will ship as soon as they get for the manufacture. I request a refund of shipping because it was already almost a month later. And no response. 2 weeks later I send them an email and they said is still out of stock. I request for full refund. They want to charge me restocking fee. What? They don't I even gave the item! This is ridiculous.
Ordered frames but never received on back order - no refund - want restocking fee. Cannot talk to anyone. - online chat never works. Believe company is operated out of another country not in US.
Ordered and PAID Dec 20th 2020 its Jan 23rd 2021. My order is still processing. I want to cancel and order from someone who will actually send with in a few days and I cant unless I still want to pay. So they said the item I ordered was out if stock and they were waiting, but that was after 3 weeks they told me that.if they would have told me before I hit order I NEVER WOULD HAVE ORDERED. This place is a rip off! Been over a month and still says processing check back in 24 hours. Not even sure I'll receive anything at this point just holding out to see what happens. DO NOT USE GOOPTIC.COM ITS A JOKE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR $.
I spent over $400 on a pair of eye glasses on December 7 and I still do not have them as of today December 22. I contacted CS on December 10 only to be told the glasses were still processing. I was then told if I wanted to cancel the order I would be charged a fee. This company is a complete SCAM. I would advise everyone to contact BBB.org and file a complaint. Their deceitful tactic are wrong and ILLEGAL!
Don't waste your time or money! My daughter paid for glasses with a blue light filter on them. Upon receiving them, we could tell her glasses did not have this feature. Talked To go optic, They insisted they did. Took it to three different optometrists That in fact confirmed that it DID NOT contain the blue light filter. Sent Go Optic documentation and they still denied the claim for a refund, or even to fix them! So much for customer satisfaction. The worst customer service ever.
I ordered 3 pair of glasses; the pricing was reasonable. I was charged for all 3 only to find out 1 was not in stock; it took over a week for a partial refund. Shipping was very slow (2 weeks). I received both pair and took them to Target Optical for lenses. The technician said both pair seemed smaller than advertised and recommended I send them back for a refund. I sent them back only to be charged $50 for shipping and a restock fee. Customer service reps contradicted each other. I wrote a letter to the company and received no response. Save your money and buy elsewhere
I ordered a pair of glasses for my daughter and, per the delivery policy, they should have shipped in 3-5 days. I am currently two days shy of a month out from the order placement and still no glasses. I have contacted customer service and customer support via every method possible (upwards of 10 contacts at this point) and have literally been told a different reason each and every time for why the glasses have not shipped and when they are estimated to ship. All of the information has been inaccurate (e.g., will ship in 24-hours, will ship early next week) and found out this morning that the company shipped the glasses to the wrong individual and has been awaiting the return of the glasses to them in order to ship them to me. This was never communicated, until 10 calls into the situation, and there has been no attempt to remedy the situation (perhaps offering to make another pair and ship them expedited?!?). I even requested expedited shipping once the glasses finally return to the location to then be shipped to me, and was told that a ticket could be requested but no guarantees could be made. I have considered going local to get a pair of glasses for my child (this is her first pair and she is experiencing frequent headaches because she needs glasses) but there is a 10% cancellation fee and a 35% restocking fee if I cancel! This is by far the worst customer service experience of my life, and that includes having to fight with Delta airlines at one point over a ticket fiasco. It's completely ridiculous. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! Run far, run fast, and find another option.
Horrible. Had glasses for under a year still under warranty with a manufacture defect- they would still only give me 35% off dispute the warranty.
You will never get with someone on the phone unless you call at as soon as the open up despite it being open"24-7"

This Company is very misleading I order Just frames no lens with 3 day USPS delivery which I paid extra for. I ordered them on Apr 18 2020 on a Saturday, I expected a delivery on or about on thursday the following week. They send me a confirmation on monday, but they informed me they weren't sending them out until Apr 30. I sent several emails and questioned them about it but they failed to response, it wasn't until I canceled the order, they sent me an email stating they were going to charge me a 10% fee for canceling. I spoke with a young person on the phone about it he was very nice and tried to be helpful to get full reimbursement, but his manger refused. The young person agreed with me especially with the expedited shipping. I ended up contacting my bank to reverse the charge. BUYER BEWARE
Lenses are a hot mess. Arrived with 3 chips, falling away from the top right frame, cut to big on outside of left lens. With measurement of progressive lenses not placed correctly, even though I was told 99% accuracy rate based on averages. Am just asking for a refund for the lenses, as I do not trust them to replace. Where is quality control? Where is company pride in craftsmanship? Good place to buy frames but STAY AWAY from the lenses.
Don't delivery as they promise. Take them forever to ship, and when you inquire about their delay, they alway have some kind of excuse. First I was told they didn't have the glasses in stock and they had to order them, then after they received them, they blame me on the delay, because I didn't choose the tint, when I did. After confirming the tint that I chose, I had to repeatedly confirm the tint to different people. Then they wouldn't cancel the order, because it's processing.
I ended up ordering my glasses from my local optometrist, and ended up receiving those glasses before go-optic could ship.
Broke 1st week of wearing. Now they refuse to give me a complete refund. They claim to have an "I LOVE IT GUARANTEE". They will not make it right!
I needed a replacement pair of my frames and the service team was outstanding. Ended up sending in my papers so they can make the lenses. They even sent me a free case. Thanks. Kevin.
Found a coupon online whenI I searched for deals on eyeglasses. Usually these coupons are gimmicky clickbait but this one surprisingly worked. Was very happy when I went to checkout and realized how much I actually saved. Super stoked
Bought some frames for my daughter and she loves them. They arrived Friday the last weekend before her first day of school and she was thrilled. Thank you go-optic for offering free shipping and a great price on the frames, you guys rock!
Order was shipped on time and product was exactly as I ordered. My ordering experience was quick and easy as well.
The frames are of low quality. Corrosion occurs in approximately 3 to 4 months. They do not replace the product. They say it's the oiliness or the acidity of your skin. I wear glasses at 23 years old and have never had this problem. Frames are expensive and of poor quality.
I sent the pictures to them, and in less than a minute the attendant blamed the oiliness of my skin, the humidity of the environment, and the acidity of my skin. This is a scam

I did not receive the prescription lenses I paid for. Even after explaining their mistake they refuse to make it right. I find their business to be extremely deceptive and their customer service severely lacking. I would say the customer service was HORRIBLE! Manager/supervisor Jeremiah was condescending and completely rude. I paid nearly $300 for glasses that were not even correct!
