I ordered ghost bubblicious cotton candy 12 cans and they canceled my order a week later without any reasons.

I ordered 4 bottles of medication of 60 days supply and all the 4 bottles of medications will expire in one month.

Lisa was extremely helpful during my visit to GNC! I would definitely recommend her to service! She helped me pick the right protein.

Wow! I should have read the reviews before I wasted money buying from GNC. It's been over two weeks since I ordered from them and still I have not received my product. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Initially I searched on Amazon but could not find this product, which is why I went to GNC. Big Mistake. Wow. Just wow!

I called to ask for an item check and the consultant Ezra advised they didn't have what I needed. I asked him if he was sure and how did he look up the item. He told me that he went to look on the shelf. I told him that my mom was on her way in just to be sure. My mom found the item we were searching for and Ezra was just confused. Please learn your products

Bought supplements on their website and paid for someday delivery, which they contracted to SHIPT. My package never arrived and was not delivered successfully, as they claim. They fail to answer my emails and do not acknowledge their responsibility in delivering my product.

It was my first order and I didn't receive the package. Even after several requests they didnt refund my money back nor they re-ship my items. I am very disappointed.

Ready to give a 1 star. Placed an order over a week ago. Still havn't received. Checked on my account- for status of order and it says "Estimated Delivery Date: Not Currently Available" Shows order hasn't even shipped yet. Ready to dispute my credit card. Don't order online.

I bought 6 grapeseeds and 5 of them were already expired. Talked to their customer services and sent the picture of bottles, but they refused to refund. This was my very first order and really disappointed.

They advertised free shipping. Received an email confirmation confirming no shipping fee. Yet, I was charged. They are not trustworthy on their discounts, nor on shipping fees. DO NOT TRUST.

This review is regarding my experiences at the Delaware Eden Circle Store #8414 facility. I find myself at this location often for small items overall but all in all at the end of each month, I've found that I spend my share of money with GNC. In addition to this, I'm constantly observing who's who in the industry. I was impressed a month or two ago with the dedication of employee Steven Reeve.
I witnessed, Mr. Reeve single handedly promoting GNC's Pro Day event in between his off duty workouts at the LA Fitness located in the same lot, where he was visiting on a guest pass. I recognized Mr. Reeve but couldn't really remember where from initially- that is until he decided to and decided to target a few younger and older athletes by encouraging they try BCAA's and GNC proteins from GNC while they were on sale as part of Pro Day Week. I also admire the way Mr. Reeve seems to interact with a younger female worker I only know as "Bree." Bree, too, seems to be passionately learning as she goes on a daily basis. I wish both the best, along with a third worker I only know as "Ace." To each I say stay motivated to make GNC the best it can be and I would hope each are rewarded for their loyalty when their time is due.

There is no way to unsubscribe from their emails, and no way to terminate an account. I have tried everything. The unsubscribe link goes to a dead end page that has NO submit button. It cannot be submitted.
Their chat robot will not allow unsubscribing or closing account.
If you give them a valid email, you are trapped. I have changed my email address to a fictional account and their lame system accepted the change. MAYBE that will prevent my inbox from being cluttered with their offers every day. If not... I don't what to do. They are not available online except during hours when I am working from a secure site and cannot contact them. BEWARE!
They need a call from the FBI. These are illegal practices.

When you spend money do you like for your order to be late? Would you like to not get a refund for shipping? How about when then order doesn't arrive customer service cannot reship the order. While at the same time you are ordering it yourself. If you like these options then order away at gnc. The give 0 percent percent of the time. When you call your the hassle.

I found exactly what I needed with the help of Camryn, an employee from GNC's store in Fayetteville, Ga. I needed protein powder and the chocolate pro performance whey is amazing. Thank you Camryn!

So I recently visited Waterville GNC, their manager, Alonso miss you. Has probably the most voluptuous under luggage I have ever seen. His weight pills couldn't kill the amount girth protruding from his American eagle undies. When i walk in to him wearing grey sweatpants, it's almost like he's implanted a child inside me. I sincerely recommend visiting this establishment in order to fulfill your destiny whos and body wise, as well as in terms of having a baby with this man.

What a horrible company! I keep getting these junk mail flyers to my house that are for someone who has never lived here. If you call their "Customer Service" line, of course you get an off shore call center located in a third world, underdeveloped, uneducated country where the operators barely speak, let alone understand English. When you tell them that you want the junk mail to stop, you are told that they don't know how to do that and if you have the audacity to ask for a supervisor, they simply hang up the phone.

GNC has no idea how to package orders properly. 2 separate orders, same issue happened both times. I ordered a BOX of Quest chips along with cases of C4 energy drinks. Twice now, the chips were removed from their box and used as package stuffing for the energy drinks. The chips are all smashed and both times one bag even popped open and spilled everywhere. They were really good about replacing the damaged items the first time it happened, but they are giving me a hard time about it this time. I feel like it's not rocket science that this is NOT an appropriate way to package bags of chips.

Do not do business with this company they are a rip off and customer service is a idiot. They send you the wrong product you can't get a response back. They are stupid.
