Worst shipping on the market. Avoid at all cost. They don't care about customer service at all. I ordered a package from san diego and the company chose GLS to deliver the package. The package has been in their Santa Fe springs warehouse for over 5 days and everytime you speak to someone they say it will be delivered the next day. Happenned multiple times. When i asked to go pick it up, I am told that it requires 24 to process the request but operations won't acknowledge my request.
Would give them zero stars if it was possible.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COST!
I've tried to email them many times and I phoned them many times to get an update on where my parcel is seen, but they don't reply to any of my emails; I spoke to a lady on the phone and she was just as confused as I was. I explained to her my situation, regarding the order which was almost 2 months ago, and she took my email and number, but still no response. The item was part of my art tablet. The last update was 14th of Febuary, now we're in the 3rd of March. Truly shocking delivery company, truly embarrassing.

They didn't deliver my Dyson purchase. They said they delivered and I signed it. But I have security camera and tracking people who was coming. So that day I didn't have anyone. I've send them all information and they told me they can't track who was they driver because it was a week ago. So I don't believe it. Every normal company has information about that. They do payments to them. But reading reviews from their workers they do not pay them either…
OK I love their customer service like the best service I've had in a long time I think the guy's name was Norman He was a very nice Guy he went above and beyond to help me. He was very knowledgeable. There should be more like him. However as for the drivers that deliver my package they sucked plain $#*! They couldn't get the delivery time rightThat was very frustrating but with the help of think his name was Norman or Roman really made it a lot easier.
The driver didn't show up yesterday to pick up my package. They wanted to reschedule to come back tomorrow, but cannot guarantee delivery the next day. I am not happy with their one-day delivery service.
Will not recommend anyone to use this GLS Courier.

Their tracking is BS. They'll report driving around the WRONG CITY everyday for days, and then just stop. I'm sure their drivers are enjoying my stuff. This happened 3 times in a row. At this point I don't believe they even actually try to deliver anything.
So I bought a gaming computer from NZXT. Has awesome specs for a great price. Looked beautiful when it showed up. If only it turned on. The only way we knew that the computer had arrived was from the thud of the GLS delivery man throwing it on my doorstep. They didn't even knock for an order you had to sign for. When i plugged it in everything turned on but due to a RAM fault (probably from being thrown) the computer never even displayed anything at all. Hoping that GLS doesn't deliver the repaired one
After 9 days of waiting, I contacted the company. No response. This is the only information, available on the website. Scheduled for delivery the 3rd... It's the 12th. I think they have just lost my package or maybe the business shut down the location? Really unimpressed.

Worst shipper we have ever experienced. " Missing package" "delayed due to weather" " delayed due to unsafe location" "sorry we are having technical difficulties at this time" what ever they want to say is a straight lie! Customer service is beyond rude and they straight up steal your stuff and say it was lost. How is EVERY package "lost" get your sh** together gls.
I get meal food kits delivered weekly. The company uses GLS and this is the second week in the last three weeks that the food kit I was supposed to receive on Wednesday, still hasn't been delivered by Friday. There's no updated tracking info either. The first time, the excuse was a truck broke down. This time it's supposedly due to our mediocre winter weather where I live. Funny the weather excuse was received in an email on Wednesday. They still aren't able to make it 2 days later? Good thing FedEx, Amazon, and UPS aren't having the same problems since I've received several deliveries from these services on time or early this week. My food will be bad or frozen like last time. Needless to say, GLS is incompetent and I'll be changing back to a food delivery service that uses a more reputable shipping company.
I've had 7 deliveries from this company, the 1st 3 went fine and that was it. One delivery of frozen food delayed 7 days, they never delivered as the package was obviously rancid. Another delivery arrived 7 days later, zero notification and damaged. The next delivery had to travel 250 miles and never arrived 5 days later, shipper filed a lost claim. They said it wasn't lost and delivered the next day, zero notification it was coming. Latest delivery has been in Vegas for 12 days, They gave updates it was being delivered for 3 days and then zero updates. I live 90 miles away still no delivery. Why anyone using them is a mystery
Lost package? Good luck getting anyone that's helpful in customer service. Chat agents are useless and know nothing, not sure why they have them. You'll never get anyone on the phone. I suggest just disputing your credit card if you havee an issue with them and avoid the ever disappointing customer service.
I ordered a piece of art that was shipped with GLS. The first shipment they lost my package and took ZERO responsibility for it. Instead insisted the shipper was at fault. The shipper was not at fault but they had amazing customer service and re-shipped another canvas. GLS has now re-scheduled my package 5 times now. I've tried to call their customer service number over a dozen times and have been on the line for hours and NO ONE ever answers. Their chat has a pending line ov over 100 people every time you start a chat. 3 hours later, yes 3 HOURS later I finally got on a chat and the rep "Cameron" said he doesn't know where my package is again and they will "call me asap". I expressed I needed a direct line to a manager or a call from a manager there and then and the rep said No and ended the chat because they were "too busy". The worst shipping experience but even worse is their customer service. DO NOT ship with this poor excuse of a company.
The first package was completely lost. When finally "customer service - ha!" was involved, they had no answers. Hmmmm. It must be lost. No kidding sherlock. Second package shipped with them - (fool me twice). While a delivery date was given, I'm hardly holding my breath.
On Dec 3,2021 my ring doorbell captured someone attempt to deliver a package. Since no one answered, a "sorry we missed you" note was placed on my door. When I returned home the following week I contacted GLS via phone on Thursday Dec 9th and after 45 minute wait spoke to "Greg". Greg seemed helpful and scheduled my delivery for for Friday Dec 10th. Greg asked if I preferred a morning or afternoon delivery. I told Greg I preferred a morning deliver but I would be home all day.
Needless to say no delivery was made. Today, Dec 13,2021 I was contacted by GSL who was going on about a package that they have had since November that was suppose to come my way but it shows it hadn't been delivered. This clown told me that the package is lost and I need to contact the sender and let them know the package was lost. It is a package being sent to me as a thank you gift and I have no idea who the sender is. If I did have that info why would I contact the sender, they are not the ones who lost the package. As I said my ring doorbell captured the attempted delivery and the delivery person leaving a note and walked back to his vehicle with the package. Why would it be on me to fix their incompetence. May the BBB can find this package because that is my next stop!
Ordered a part from carpartswholesale on Ebay. Apparently they use GLS to lose / not deliver your package. Package has been rescheduled 5 times, now it is not scheduled at all. GLS excuse was weather, we had a skiff of snow, we will have more for the next 4 months, do they deliver only when the lilacs are in bloom? Horrible seller, worse shipper.
I have used this company for a few years. They were a very good company when it was GSO. When they were bought out the price went up and the service got much worse. The customer service or lack of is virtually no help if you wait two plus hours to talk to someone.
Their drop boxes are not picked up every day, sometimes once to twice a week causing packages to be late.
I do not recommend this company at all.

I waited in for five days, they kept giving me vague delivery windows then not showing up. Day 3 lady phoned me to explain there was an issue with the address, when she read it back to me, it was... my address. Still not recieved parcel.
Every week I ship a package and a package gets shipped to me. Twice this month they have lost a package that was picked up in LA and never made it to Long Beach. No one answers the phone, but there is a call back option. Called Thursday - no call back. Called Friday - no call back. Called Monday - they called back. But... nothing they can do because it's been longer than 5 days. It wouldn't have been too long if they had called back in less than 3 days. Tried contacting them through website as well. Form REQUIRES the tracking number be entered. I got an email back saying that they need the tracking number. What? Every person I have ever dealt with on the phone is as rude as rude gets. THEY ARE THE WORST
Answer: Minimum 20 minute wait time via online or by phone. Longest time I waited was 3 hours and still no one picked up
