I've been using Global Shopaholics for a few years to mail forward items from the United States to Europe.
They offer a very long period of time to keep your items in their warehouse (180 days) and every time there have been minor issues with my items the customer support was able to fix my issue. Just recently I had an issue with an item of mine resulting as being arrived at their warehouse not showing up in my item storage, and with the help of chat support (Johnson and Brian) I managed to sort my issue out successfully. I really can't complain and I would probably recommend them to people I know.
Elia was very responsive and I'm very much satisfied with the service she provided. She answered ered each of my questions without any problem and hesitation. I would give her 5 stars.

I have been a GlobalShopaholics customer for more than two years. Back in early 2018 I was impressed with the service and the rates compared to some other competitors. However, it seems like they have struggled during the early Covid-19 times like almost everyone else. But I noticed that recently, they have worked hard to resolve some of the issues. For example, I remember even before Covid-19 they had the issue of the delayed notification and upload of the image of the package. This used to be a concern for a lot of customers, because on the carrier tracking it shows that the package was delivered but it does not show on GS website until two business days have passed. But recently it seems like they've done something to fix it and now a notification along with the image of the package is uploaded within two hours of the delivery time. Another thing they've worked on is the response time of the chat. It used be already good a couple of years ago but during early Covid-19 you're lucky if you get a response after several hours. But now I can see they've worked on that too. I have just been in contact with a Customer Service Rep (Johnson) and I got a response in exactly 10 minutes. I have actually asked a lot of questions and Johnson was of great help. A Screen shot of the conversation is attached. To complete my review, I personally never get shocked when I have a negative experience with any business, but I always respect those who make the effort to resolve the issues and continue to improve.

They used be good. Now, forget about it. You have to wait for hours to get anyone who doesn't even speak English. Your shipment will sit there for weeks before someone reaches it.
