Agent Elia listen me very patiently and resolved my issue with in few minutes. She was really humbled and calm throughout the conversation and explained me everything calmly.
GlobalShopaholics aren't exactly scammers but I can't describe them in any different words.
Before actually using their services, I went ahead and used their shipping calculator, which I knew can't be 100% but one would expect it to be at least close to accurate.
I entered the weight and dimensions and address on the calculator and it showed $10, which makes sense is given that the item is pretty small and light.
So after my package arrived, I fill the form, and then it took more than 48 hours for them to prepare it ( which isn't what they show on their website 12-24 working hours) but this isn't really the issue.
The issue is, they now want me to pay $88 to ship the item instead of $10, which is more than 700% of the initial price that I used their service based on.
The item I ordered isn't even worth $88, and now I have two options.
1- pay them $88 to ship a small package of 4 pounds.
2-Forget about the package and let them have it and lose about $45
All in all, this is a lose-lose situation for me, and all of this happened because they intentionally or unintentionally display rates that are FAR from the truth to put you in a lose-lose situation and force you to pay a premium or lose your package to them.
I would give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was done "unintentionally" and that they would be reasonable and compensate me for my loss which was nothing but the result of their "mistakes".
I would revise this review once and if this problem is solved, until then, I would suggest that you stay away from them.

I have used several third party shipping companies and globalshopaholics has been the quickest so far. I had 1 bad experience and it took several chats with different people and finally Brad was able to fix it. Other than that, I like the location of the warehouse and the several shipping options available.
