Quality not the same as past orders

I have ordered from global rose for all family weddings. Usually the quality is great. This time, however, not so great. I'll start with the positives... the red roses were gorgeous. There was some kind of insect nest in the baby's breath that came with the roses, so we tossed those. The fillers I ordered were beautiful and fresh. The white/cream spray roses were 2 different colors. 1/3 were white/cream and 2/3 were a grayish pink tint and they never perked up like the white ones. The red alstoemerias were not red, like the website depicted. They were more like a burgandy color. They also never bloomed despite many attempts. Using the red roses, white spray roses and fillers allowed us to make the boquets and boutoners beautifully. But the 15 pue boquets were a flop because of the discolored sprsy roses and unbloomed/wrong color alstoemerias.

Fantastic customer service

Great selection of unique flowers. When the holiday appeared to cause the shipping carrier to deliver the flowers a day late I called and left a message at Global Rose. Within a half an hour a Global Rose representative had emailed me to assure me the flowers would be delivered on the date I had requested. Then she followed up after checking with the shipping carrier that the flowers would be delivered as I had requested. They were delivered on time.

Sunflower service

They were beautiful and lasted in the box but kept in a cool place with water till the day of my sister's service. I had 1 bud broken off the stem I know it happened during shipping. I made her arrangements the day before and they all bloomed just enough to look so beautiful. I went to the grocery store to buy her filler flowers for the arrangements. Came out so beautiful

I know you claim they you have one day before and one day after for roses to be considered on time, but unfortunately my wife birthday was on January 10th, Roses came on the 11th. Anti climatic for the effect I was hoping for. Very disappointed

If I could put 0, I would.
Never buy here flowers. They deliver trash instead. Ruin birthday gift totally.

When I started to contact customer support regarding the trash I received, they asked me to make a photo of each flower stem they sent (I ordered hundred of them).
