Great quality

I was hesitant to order from Global Rose from some of the reviews but Global Rose was one of the only websites that had the flowers I needed for my grandpa's funeral arrangements. Luckily, everything came in on time, was well packaged, and the quality was great. Usually wholesale stores nearby have low quality leather leaf but Global Rose provided some great quality ones. The yellow roses were also very beautiful and as vibrant as the photo online. The baby's breath was extremely fresh and super soft! Thanks Global Rose!

Delivery was Delayed by a day

Due to the delivery being a day late, almost half the roses were dried out and discolored. I did follow the instructions once i recieved them and the video. I was able to save some of them but I think they would last longer if the delivery was not delayed

We are very sorry for the delay. We shipped your order on time to be delivered on Feb 13th but unfortunately, FedEx had let us both down with the delivery on the day you selected. However, we are happy that your roses were delivered on Feb 14th within our commitment time (+/- 1 Day of the scheduled date). As per the quality of your roses, we replied to your original inquiry on Feb 15 asking you for pictures of the flowers looking after getting at least 12 hours of hydration. Unfortunately, we didn't get feedback from you. Nevertheless, we are happy to assist! Please send us pictures of the flowers that didn't perk up and let us make it up to you.
