I have made a few orders now. If you're not too picky (which might be an issue if you're a bride), you shouldn't have problems. I have had completely different colors in different bunches of flowers within the same order (e.g., some bunches within the same group of 9 centerpieces that arrive in the same box will be more orange and others more yellow). I've never had an experience where I don't loose the tops of at least a few roses. But otherwise, the flowers are beautiful.

Ordered the 144 stems of White Daisy flowers. They were beautiful! Some varied in various shades of white with different color centers. Loved the variation. Worked for my 4th of July center pieces.

Order process was quite easy however better care should be taken if shipping to a hot climate.
My order shipped to Florida in the summer which is quite hot and humid. I lost quite a bit of the roses because they were damaged during transit.

Flowers may arrive slightly dehydrated due to the long journey from South America, but do not panic! With appropriate care, you can bring them back to looking great within the next 12 hours.

Please keep in mind that most of our fresh roses will come with 3 guard petals that may have a different color than the true color of the rose. For example, white roses have green or brown guard petals. You may remove them once the flowers start to bloom. Couldn't track through ups,communication was not good I didn't get them until early evening. I prefer my flowers be shipped by Fed ex, then I can go pick them up early in the morning of their arrival and they don't sit in a hot medal box truck all day. It kills them every time…Assorted mix of filler flowers that I got had two molded and completely brown, dead saladgo bunches. Was not pleased with order. It looked like the last of the crop, the scraps left in the field. Unfortunately I was disappointed with this order.

I was a tad bit skeptical, at first. I asked about the rating of the farm where my roses would come from, the color, bloom size, and whether or not they would come de-thorned. Customer service assured me that my roses would come from growers rated a or b, and that my flowers would be perfect. The agent was kind and patiently calmed my reservations. And she was right: I loved my flowers and they were perfect for my event!

Flowers were a big surprise and the colors were vibrant; however, the flowers looked like they were all ready dying. Some had tight blooms, but others were fully opened and the stems and stamen and pistil were droopy and fallen off. This is the first time in years to have this problem. Disappointed.

The flowers were well packaged and lovely but the hydrangea flowers were wilted and died the next day. Without them, the remaining arrangement looked sparse.
