They say they have a 365 day warranty but what that means is you have to buy another pair, and that they do not repair your current ones. They broke at the temple, so I have to spend money to get them repaired. I don't want 50% off a new pair, I want the old ones fixed. They lasted a few months. Go with Zenni next time
Saved a lot of money and got some awesome new glasses!
Pretty easy so far. The BOGO coupon did not get applied so the Chat BOT had to cancel and recreate my order for me to apply the BOGO. It seemed a bit cumbersome, instead of just being able to apply the coupon to the existing order and refund me the difference.
I order 2 "reader" sunglasses as part of a BOGO promotion. When they arrived, I noticed the reader magnification was over the entire large lens of the glasses (unlike my Maui Jim reader sunglasses that have the reader magnification at the bottom of the lens). Having readers at the bottom allows you to wear them for distance as well as up close (as in golfing or driving). Why would these be made that way?
When I asked for a refund, CS offered to revise the lens with the reader at the bottom and I excitedly agreed.
When the revised glasses arrived and I tried them on, I noticed immediately that whey were "off". I wondered if some of the reader magnification was still on other parts of the lens. But I ignored it and tried to get used to them because they were so stylish. But I never got used to them and often removed them moments after putting them on.
Just recently, i was cleaning them against the light of my computer screen and discovered that the tint is distributed unevenly across the lens. Some areas of the lens has dense areas of tint. One pair it's starburst like.
No wonder I would get dizzy wearing them and take them off.
If you need readers, know that with sunglasses USA the magnification will cover the entire lens.

Update: customer service came through for me and allowed a refund despite the purchase being past their 14 day allowance for refund.

My glasses were mailed to a wrong address no fault of Glasses USA and when I called or emailed them they were quick to respond and withing days I had my glasses. Thank you for your help in this matter.
Bought 2 pairs within a week. Had to return the first one because i thought they were too expansive for the brand and the glasses felt cheap. The other one I was exited about because after all, the prescription on the first pair was good. I chose usps mail as my method of return but realized i needed a physical label on the package and i dont have a printer. Got the second pair and the frame was small, so i submitted a return again, but this time i had the option to return without box or label at a game stop. So i contact customer service to see if they can change the first return to the same option as the second. I get an email saying that i needed to get the label printed, to go to a usps post office or a library. Or that if I drop it with the other one to send a tracking number. I needed a qr code for the employee to scan this particular pair, so i emailed back asking for the code, im still waiting on the response. I go to the post office, she wouldn't print the label for me. I contact customer service again thru chat, because theres no live agents on the phone and the chat guy tells me, go to the post office they should print it (after i had just told him that they told me no) then he asked where i submitted the return and i said on the website. He asked on a desktop? I said no, my phone. He sent me to the library to print the label again. I said can i get a qr code, thats all i want to return at game stop, he says, we only can do qr codes on desktop returns. I told him i just told you i returned a pair today with a qr code from the return done on the phone. He responded " its there anything else I can help you with?" I left the chat.
I had to go to ups buy a print paper label to use on the package and drive around to find anothe post office. All this, completely unnecessary. Good customer service would've help me since i was returning 2 pairs on the same day. Never will i buy from here again.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of glasses a month ago and still have not received my glasses. I have made several attempts to reach out to GlassesUSA and always get the same response, it takes 3 to 6 days to produce the glasses and then they'll be shipped. Well, it has been a month and I still do not have glasses and I cannot get anyone to help me. Over $700 spent and I cannot get anyone to give me an answer as to where my glasses are. This is a sham company! DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is my second pair of glasses from your company and they are great.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses for a vacation and still haven't received them a month later. I have been in contact with the customer service team who are rude and the most unhelpful people I have ever spoken too. My order has been delayed due to "unforeseen circumstances" and has been sent to the "production team" 3 times. It appears I will not receive my glasses in time for my vacation and cannot even get so much as an update on my order. Stay away from this company. If my order is not here by weeks end I will be cancelling my purchase and reporting them to the BBB for false claims and legitimacy.

I purchased prescription sunglasses one year ago no problem,,, Then trying to warrantee them its been a night mare, Customer service people do not speak very well! Then I was told they couldnt replace my lens and would ship my Frames back to me they were special Frames! ( I could get lens made by another company! I placed a new order then told later that frame was out of stock. Trying now to order another model the people I have spoken to do not understand that the new order I am placing is cheaper than the original order and they will not comprehend this simple 3rd grade math. Original order 370.00 Discount 92.50 Warranty voucher 274.10 = 26.21 owed and I paid... Now I have to place a new order the current frame Lens combo totals 304.00 Now apply 92.50 discount and 274.10 voucher =366.60 which in 3rd grade math class that I took equals a credit they need to issue me... I foresee them stealing my money the customer service representatives cant comprehend simple math... I assume the lawyers will get involved to explain how they can steal your money.

The store credit issued for the replacement order was for 110% of the purchase price of the original order.
With our 20/20 Enhanced Coverage, you are entitled to a replacement of equal value to the amount originally paid. In the event that the original frame is still in stock, a replacement will be provided with the same lens package and protective coatings as in the original order. In the event that the original frame purchased is no longer in stock, you are entitled to a frame of equal or lesser value including lens package and protective coatings.

I purchased a pair of Progressive Ray Ban Sunglasses May 5th. They are fake. I sent the first pair back. Gave me a store credit so I bought the exact pair. Both times they sent a second pair of lenses that do have the Ray Ban logo on them. I paid extra for a lens upgrade and polarized. Sent a second pair and they are fake. Sent a second pair of lenses. They owe me 119.00 which I will never get. Do not buy from this company. My eyes hurt because they are not UV protected. My glasses are not polarized and they do not have anything in the nose piece or on the side of the glasses that if they are true Ray bans they would have. It was July 8th when I received the second pair of fake glasses.

Took 3 times for me to order each time they say. They were out of frames then it turned out they did have a pair. I ordered transitions and they sent me golf glasses total idiots and overpriced
There is no option to talk to a live person, very frustrating. I still don't have my glasses and I placed the order 20 day's ago with expedited shipping. I had questions and it couldn't get them answered.

On July 5th I ordered some contacts online from this retailer. I received confirmation by paypal and them through text and email that the order was paid and received, however, I could not see the order online. I contacted their customer service by email to ask about seeing my order online (there is a section for that in their site). They could not locate my order. I decided to cancel it today, after they could not find it, July 7th. I went on to the chat to do so. This time they could locate my order and told me it had already shipped on June 6th. I told them that was physically impossible since I placed my order in July! They ignored this and ended the chat. I tried again, explaining how it was impossible that it was shipped before I even order and they had my address, this was ignored, but I was told the order was already shipped, and I could not cancel. This time I went to the website and now my order was registered as received today! And not shipped yet (attached photo, but anonymized). I pointed this out, which was again ignored and the chat was ended. I have filed a complained with BBB but I doubt this will have much effect. I would stay away from this business.

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
