Glasses Experts

Ordered primary pair of glasses for distance and same prescription sunglasses. Customer service not to be recommended, all very slow as were the glasses in arriving. Primary pair frames lightweight and slightly cheap looking, lenses not fitted in properly. Sunglasses a disaster, like a child's pair, couldn't fit them on my nose! Trying to get some compensation but so far very difficult as they don't answer their phone or have answer service and emails rarely get answered either.
