Glamzelle

100% scam website. Do not buy from here. (I'd already submitted a review but it appears to have been deleted?)

Took over a month, minimal communication, and received the wrong item. After arguing that they should send me what I paid for, they agreed to refund the postage cost so that I could return the incorrect item - but was never given and they have stopped responding to any emails.

Very difficult to track company, impossible to find any contact details for them.

Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs.

I am still waiting on an order placed back on Oct. 12. Everytime I check the status of my order, it only says last updated Oct. 16, "BEING PROCESSED", and "UNFULFILLED"... yet they took my money very quickly. I have sent two emails requesting information on my order, no reply to either thus far. I looked all over their website and can't find an address or phone number for these people. I will be filling a complaint of fraud against them to recoup the money I spent on a purchase that I have not receieved and can not get any undated information on. These people are frauds anyway because I saw two of the items I ordered from them on a chinese website for $35.00 less than the $45.00 they marked the items up to... I have family in Canada whom ive sent packages to and who have also sent me packages and it does not take the amount of time these people are claiming it does. I think they advertise merchandise they dont have and only after an order is made, they go to the chinese website (I wont give the names), and order the items ordered on their website, paying only a couple of dollars, but then charging the consumer 10x what they paid. These two chineese websites do free shipping via china post mail but they can take upwards of 4-6 weeks to deliver items ordered as well so if it takes them that long to get the ordered items to Glamzelle, well, that would explain why it is taking so long to get to the consumer. In which, Glamzelle should be updating the consumers spending money in their store. I either want a refund or my merchandise but cant get ahold of anyone. I will keep you all posted as to the outcome of this fiasco... and I will never shop at Glamzelle again, nor recommend them. When this has been resolved, I will post the names of the two Chinese websites if anyone is interested...
