I really like their charm selection and prices. However, the bracelet I bought from them broke withing the first two weeks. I contacted them about replacing it or purchasing a new bracelet and I never heard back from them. I've wrote several emails and it's been about 6 months and I haven't heard a word.

On the online webpage, the brand name "Pandora" was clearly marked next to several items for sale my Glamulet. Shipping was supposed to be 3-5 days; found out shipping from China and customer service had no idea how long it would take for delivery. Definitely much longer than 3-5 days!

Charms are dull in color and look nothing like the pictures! You get what you for. Will not order again.

Shipping took the entire 15 days and the tracking system they use is not helpful.! It's very inaccurate when you can get it to work. The charm I ordered was small and you can barely see the picture on it. The gift box was small and very cheesy. The website gives off a way better view of the items than in person.

I'm awaiting the gift which was for our 10 year anniversary. Tracking details say it was posted from shanghai over a week ago...

First purchase from this company and very impressed. An easy order system, secure payment and kept informed with tracking information step by step. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

My charms were received within 10 business days and are lovely. Quality was what I expected. They are identical to other more expensive ones I have seen. Overall I was happy with my purchase and would but again.

The web pg was easy to navigate/find items of interest. The selection was wonderful and checkout was a snap! Shipping seems to take a bit longer than I expected(still waiting on my order) but, all-in-all, a nice place to shop.

The order arrived late and when I got it, the picture of my children had their heads cut out of the picture
