Still have not received my order. Not happy about that. If I had known this order was coming from China I would not have order through Glamulet.
I ordered a month ago I called to ck my order status always going into voice mail I never received a shipment date never returned my phone call. No email returned.
The items purchased were advertised as 'Pandora charms' but came with Glamulet stamped on them. Not happy to be misguided but the charms themselves are nice.
The item is nice, but I thought it would be a little bigger. The picture is very hard to see. Everything else was good.
I ordered a charm on Feb 23, and I'm not happy with this company for their lack of customer service with no means to get in contact because they don't answer phones or return emails. I would never order from this site again and it should tell customers where things are shipping from because I would have never ordered this item. The fact that u can't track item with usps it's crazy. This is a scam and I want my item or my money back asap
Once again I got a email confirming that my order was shipped and it would be deliver with in 7/9 days that was the last week in Feb. 24th this also happened at Christmas.
Product looks good on the website, but still havent received the product because they didnt ship it right away but few days later. Not happy.

Got a custom picture bracelet charm for my friend whose dog passed. It looks great and actually arrived faster than I thought so I was able to give it to her sooner than I thought.

HOLE, AND PLACE MY ORDER ON 2/21/17 AND IT IS NOW 3/6/17 AND THE SHIPPING DETAILS HAVE NOT MOVES SINCE THE 24TH STATING THAT THEY ARE STILL IN "SHANGHAI" I IN NO HAVE AN ISSUE WITH ASIAN PEOPLE OR CULTURE BUT I DO HAVE AN ISSUE W HOW COMPANIES IN ASIA MAKE CHEAP $#*! My experience is pretty much in title. Delivery slow. Tracking difficult. Order submitted before 2/28 listed. Tracking # often comes up "no tracking number exists". When it did finally come up, two weeks, purchase just leaving Shanghai.

I tried to buy a second item using the coupon after original purchase, and contacted the company to try and figure out a way to do this. I heard from them the following week saying item had already shipped.
Item itself was great but would have liked the second item along with it
I still haven't received this order. When I asked Customer Support, they told me to be patient. But I've had to purchase other birthday gifts in the meantime. Totally unacceptable.
