Very good reseller

I bought tickets from this reseller because there weren't left on the official site Ticketmaster. I paid a bit more because there are fees due to the fact that they are the intermediary. For this reason they can't release the tickets right after the purchase but you have to wait for the official site to give them the permission to send them.
Since the beginning I wrote them on WhatsApp constantly asking for updates about the tickets and other information related to the venue. They have been always prepared and ready to answer my questions. I really asked a lot and very often because I was worried as this was my first time buying with them.
The tickets arrived 2 days before the concert and all the important information have been shared with me by email.
I recommend this online site for purchase of tickets.

Tickets and waiting time

I am very satisfied with my experience with Gigsberg.

At the beginning, the ticket transfer process was not entirely clear to me, which caused some confusion and concern. I was particularly worried because the tickets were transferred through Ticketmaster Germany, and initially I could not find them in my account. However, whenever I had questions, the support team responded promptly and provided helpful guidance throughout the process.

Their advice about using Ticketmaster DE was especially valuable. Once I followed the instructions and accepted the ticket transfers, everything worked smoothly and all tickets appeared in my account.

One aspect that could be improved is the transparency of the final pricing. While the additional fees were disclosed during the checkout process, the difference between the ticket price initially displayed and the final amount was greater than I expected. A clearer presentation of the total cost earlier in the purchasing process would make the experience even better.

In the end, everything worked perfectly. The Metallica concert was amazing, the seats were excellent, and all tickets were valid and worked without any issues at the stadium.

I would especially like to thank the support team for their patience, professionalism, and willingness to answer my questions. Their assistance gave me confidence throughout the process.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would be happy to use Gigsberg again.

Great Service

Can always rely on Gigsberg, I lived in Sweden and have used them for event in UK multiple times and they always deliver. You might be scared you won't get the tickets on time, but you will. I once received my ticket the day of the event, and had an amazing time.
