I purchased 2 tickets and paid almost 900 euro for them. But in the end the system decided that it's only one ticket so I had to buy extra tickets again

Gigsberg has always delivered. Sometimes I have to wait until only few hours before the event to get my tickets (which can be stressful if you travel across the continent to see the show), but in the end tickets have always been delivered.

I bought tickets for an event I cannot attend because of my wife's pregnancy. I wanted to sell those tickets through Gigsberg, too. Unfortunately, they're not approving the listing. It might be connected to the fact that I still have not received the tickets I bought in the first place.
They are very, very unreliable!

Didnt get my tickets had to buy two more at the event they werent cheap either after a lot of messagin trying to get tickets or reimbursment person on the other side said im only human tough $#*! basicaly wont ever use gigsberg again

I strongly advise against buying tickets through gigsberg.
My girlfriend gave me a birthday present and bought a ticket for the Atalanta Bergamo vs Inter Mediolan match. The tickets were paid for, and we also covered the costs of accommodation and flights. We showed up at the stadium, but unfortunately the tickets turned out to be useless. We were not allowed to enter.
I asked to speak with the person managing the venue, and we went together to check our two seats. It turned out that they were already occupied by other people. We were scammed through the Gigsberg platform. I don't know whether it was directly their fault or the seller's, but for us that makes no difference. Gigsberg.com should ensure that when customers pay honestly for tickets, they can actually use them.
We exchanged emails with a Gigsberg representative, but they were unwilling to help us in any way. I have screenshots of the conversations and an email from the stadium manager.
Be careful with gigsberg.com — they are not trustworthy. If anyone wants proof, I can provide it.

Achat en août 2025 de 6 billets groupés Upper Tier pour le match Wales – France (Six Nations, 15/02, Principality Stadium), pour un montant total de 1336£.
Les billets ont été livrés à l'approche de l'événement et correspondaient finalement à des places situées en Lower Tier (bloc L38), avec une valeur faciale de 50£ par billet.
De plus, les 6 places n'étaient pas groupées.
Après réclamation, le service client m'a indiqué qu'il s'agissait d'un "upgrade" car plus proche du terrain...
Pour ma part, la catégorie Upper Tier et le placement groupé faisaient partie des caractéristiques essentielles de l'achat. Le produit livré ne correspond donc pas à ce qui a été acheté.
Aucune solution conforme ou compensation n'a été proposée à ce stade.
Conformément à la garantie Gigsberg, je demande une compensation financière de 1000£, correspondant à la différence réelle entre ce qui a été payé et la valeur reçue.
Dossier transmis à ma banque pour examen.

I ordered Premium seats for a Bologna FC match. A lower tier-"Distinti" was available. 2 days before the match I receive 2 Distinti tickets. After numerous emails and chats, I learned that Gigsberg designates entire sections of the stadium as "Premium" even when the club/stadium does not. We were in row 37 of a 41 row stadium. Definitely not premium. They say that if your order does not identify specific seats, they will assign them "randomly." We call this a "bait and switch."
I bought 2 tickets for the Ricky Gervais show in Amsterdam. We got denied entrance. We filmed the tickets being denied, we got a form at the venue stating we got denid entrance and we contacted Gigsberg immediately explaining what was happening. We did everything they told us to do at that time.
Now Gigsberg doesn't want to refund because the proof we've supplied them with, isn't sufficient. They made a mistake and now they don't take responsibility for it.
I bought 3 tickets for Bruce Springsteen in Marseille, for May 31st. The tickets were not canceled and were not accepted at the event. I waited over an hour at the box office to get clarification, and they showed in the system that the tickets had been canceled — meaning the tickets were sold two or three times. Shameful. Do not trust this seller. There was no notification whatsoever, and I had traveled from outside to Marseille for this concert. Unacceptable, unreliable, and the support at the time offered no solution at all
I bought a Coldplay ticket without seat information from Giglsberg. Ticketmaster- the official seller, makes tickets transferrable 72 hours before the event. According to the coy between seller & Giglsberg, the seller transfers the tickets to buyers, 72 hours before the event. Giglsberg transferred me the ticket, 1,5 hours before concert. I had to buy another ticket from Ticketmaster, it ALWAYS sells additional tickets, 2-: days before the event ‼, so no need to buy from second market ‼. Giglsberg refused to refund the money for late transferred & unused ticket. People, before buying from Giglsberg- read the reviews with one star‼ And then make your conclusion 😀
Totally untrustworthy! Paid a ticket 3 times its price and when the time of the concert was close suddently the ticket didnt exist and they offered me a different one. And when i refused and ask for my money to be refunded they didnt refund my money but the ticket i had booked all of a sudden became available... such a scam... shame on them... i understand how the market of demand works but this is ridicoulus.
My experience with Gigsberg has been a complete disappointment. I purchased tickets for a specific section close to the stage, but ended up with seats in a section, which had a poor view blocked by a pillar. Despite paying a significant amount—3000 EUR—for these seats, it took Gigsberg three months to respond to my complaint, and even then, they offered only 570 EUR.
I feel completely disregarded as a customer, as I've provided all the necessary evidence to show that my seats were not as advertised. This company seems more interested in holding on to money than in making things right. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Gigsberg to anyone looking for reliable ticket service.
After following up for the whole day and being given meaningless responses to keep waiting indefinitely, they cancelled the tickets.
The doors opened for the cold play concert at 5pm and I get an email at 6.10pm that they regret to cancel it and will give a full refund.
They assured me the tickets would be sent by email and asked me to leave for the venue. I write this as I am on my way there and I have to head back home after spending money to get there without attending the concert.
Their chat system is terrible, they only respond to emails and were never proactive. I now await my refund and would advise against using this site as it's a waste of time, money, effort and energy.
Gave us wrong event info and refused to refund and did not help saying they are only a 3rd party. Yet they sold us the tickets under also information. They told us under 16's could attend the event when actually they couldn't.
I was charged twice for some concert tickets. They charged me twice, taking 2 x £372 out of my account. I have complained consistently, to be told " it'll be processed eventually". If this was a smaller figure I could swallow this, however, nearly £400 should be an instant apology and refund. Really really poor. Buy your tickets elsewhere!
We bought two tickets from this website for the coldplay concert in Amsterdam,with 4 times the official selling price.
They sent me the tickets 2 days in advance. When we arrived at the concert entrance on 15 July 2023, we found that the tickets were unavailable. The staff told me that someone before us had scanned the same tickets and had already entered the concert. How ridiculous that they sold the same ticket multiple times to different people!
The most annoying thing is that it has been 6 months since we contact them and provided the official documents of "Proof of conflscating tickets"from the concert, and they still have not refunded the 960 euros to us. Every time we ask them, they say "We are still reviewing your claim..."
Steals your money. Does not reply to emails. Lost all my money. When I finaly got someone to reply they refused to give me a refund. Saying that the purchase was final. Even though I never received anything for my purchase.
