This was very easy, plus you gave me a $10.00 off coupon. Thank you. The only issue I experienced with my order was that it didn't arrive as scheduled. I called Giftree and the representative was very helpful. She explained that it must have gotten lost in transit. She apologized and she immediately sent another one and overnighted it. The person I gave it to was delighted with the basket.

Birthday gift was late due to the system not allowing for the correct address.

My present was late and nobody had let me know. Only when I contacted you you said you would send it again. You should have refunded or something because my present arrived 7 days later without any notification. Bummer

I have ordered several gift baskets over the years. And recently, I was able to get free shipping for gifts delivered in the mainland and the ones shipped to Hawaii were free but charged $9.95 for Fed Ex. Everyone actually received their gifts 1 day ahead. Just keep in mind that they are not sent as pictured in the photos, but are packaged carefully for shipping reasons in the basket, in a lined cooler with ice packs which is so great because I was afraid of the chocolates melting. I always pay extra foe the personalized ribbon and everyone always love it. These make awesome gifts for any occasion and even better when they're on sale.

Loved being able to actually see what the items were. Other sites had blurry pictures and items that really didn't get my attention either.

The flowers looked really tired and almost wilting.

Also the bottle of wine was not off the standard I was expecting to order.

It's difficult to review a gift item, that you have never laid eyes on, except on a website. Unless of course, someone has gifted it to you. But my aunt recently received the gift basket I purchased for her with the two bottles of wine, one white, one red, and the three types of nuts. She reported that it was very elegant, was top notch, and even the box was so nice that she will "save it "to reuse it for something else. She hasn't tried that wine yet, but she says it looks awesome.

We ordered a gift for our daughter and son in laws anniversary and we got the email it would be delivered at 7pm, we advised them and sure enough the driver knocked on the door at that time. We live in New Zealand and our daughter liver in Tacoma.
