My experience was very good. I talked to James who is an asset to this company! He was very pleasant & knowledgeable & answered all my questions & so very helpful. Gift Tree is very lucky to have him in there employ. Someone else to my order since James was busy & she did well also & helpful. Only thing was a signature needed fir the liquor which was not done but gift arrived day earlier than expected. Great company, thx you for this service

I live in the uk and ordered a hamper for my daughter's birthday who lives in San Francisco. Website was easy to use and I was kept update with emails, there were a few adjustments made which Gift Tree made easy. My daughter said she enjoyed the Hamper.
Every time I have sent a GiftTree basket the recipient's reaction has been overwhelmingly positive. This time not so much and it was probably my own fault. I didn't check the list of included items and I thought the basket was something different. I wanted soothing items for a sympathy basket which was the category I picked and I thought "Fit for Royalty" would deliver.
I ordered the two bottle wine basket with snacks as a get well gift for my son in law. The basket arrived early and was just as described. Great experience!

My only issue was that the invoice I received didn't fully itemise the charges, the gift itself and the delivery were there but those two items didn't add up to the total. So a bit disappointed, but the gift was appreciated and I saw it on a facetime call and it looked good.
