I was pleasantly surprised that my basket arrived earlier than expected to my recipient. She loved it!

I was disappointed in the size of the package. It was a lot of stuffing and little content. I would not buy anything from this company again.

The box was small for the price and it was delivered in the Arizona heat so the soap and the lip balm was soft.

I have ordered with gift tree for a while and have always been pleased. But not this time. I ordered 2 items one was delivered, who knows where the other item is. I e-mailed you 2 days ago and still have not heard back.

I looked at many different options online to get something sent last minute for a birthday. I chose your company and the item never arrived the day of. I had to look at the tracing number to see it was delayed. I tried to get a refund and have the order cancelled but was told that couldn't happen because it was out for delivery. They told me that they could reroute it by contacting the carrier but could not route it back to the company and give me a refund. This was really problematic and was not pleased with the service. I won't be ordering from your company again since I don't trust my gift will arrive as advertised.

Would have been a higher rating but, showed a 15% Off discount available then it disappeared?

Because of this note GiftTree made good on the discount. I'm impressed and the gesture is greatly appreciated.

Everything arrived on time. The Rosé was delicious. Only negative was the decorative tin everything came in was dented assuming during the shipping. And most of the chocolates were melted some of which leaked onto the wine bottles. So a bit of cleanup required.

Thank you for a great experience of receiving product as expected. My mom was very impressed with the engraved words on the bottle and the taste of the wine!

Everything is so pretty! Nice website I ordered them for Friday the 12th they arrived Thursday the 11th. Since I did not order them for myself, I do not know how they looked. I hope they looked wonderful.

Amazing variety of gifts to order yet not overwhelming. Reading the customer reviews also greatly informed what I wanted to order. Order arrived EARLIER than my projected delivery date which was super amazing!
