My first reaction when I saw your product on your website was "WOW". I was not disappointed in my purchase and my family on the East Coast who received it were equally impressed.
I ordered from Malaysia, when I received the email saying the gift was delivered and my friend didn't inform us of the gift she received I panicked. I texted her 1 day later only then she checked the door and saw the gift. Maybe the delivery person should call and inform the receiver on the delivered gift if possible. Whatever it is, thank you, it was great service.
I specified the delivery day and this was accepted as it was my sons birthday. The gift was delivered four days early ruining the surprise.
Ordered various wine bottles with a personalized message and recipients were very amazed at what a nice and creative gift it was. Thank you!
Pkg arrived on time, but I heard nothing from my friend, which was not like her. She got fruit box on 2/9. But because I didn't hear from her, it was her birthday and had written a birthday note to her, I had to call to make sure it didn't get left on her door step and got stolen. She loved it but I was embarrassed, felt like I was calling to make sure I got a thank you. When I talked to her, she said "that was you?" Very disappointed and embarrassed. Do you hide the greetings customers write out?
Apparently the gift was lovely and well received. My only complaint is that I requested it to be delivered on Feb 10th and it was delivered 2 days early.

I haven't seen the gift basket so this review is not about the product but the experience ordering. The website is well set out with a broad variety of gifts for many occasions and easy checkout. I had a bad experience with delivery being late after paying an extra $50 to have it delivered 2 days after ordering it didn't get delivered until the following Monday. Let's blame covid!
Very easy to find what I wanted. Was hoping to find the same wine we had ordered before so having the previous order details avaliable along with a decent search function made it very easy to get what I wanted.

Placed the order by phone. The attendant was extremely gentle and personable and professionally scribbled concomitant message as I dictated. And the GIFT arrived at the recipient's door step as punctually as promised.

Gift arrived to my hosts while I was visiting them and I was very embarrassed by the size of the basket and snacks. Not anywhere near worth the price.
Gift was delivered a day early than I requested. The people receiving the gift were out of town but would be returning the day it was supposed to be delivered. The pears were damaged. I called to ask to replace them and was told they would be shipped in a couple days. This was a Monday. By Friday I called to see what the status was. I was told nothing had been done. Pears were finally received the following Wednesday.
Overall! The service provide was A ok
