Bevor ich die Schuhe bestellt habe, habe ich gesehen, dass die ein deutschen Repräsentanten haben. Zum den deutschen Repräsentanten in Wiesbaden haben wir die Schuhe zurückgeschickt. Die Schuhe sind auch angenommen worden, es ist nicht die Anlieferung verweigern worden. In einer Mail teilte Repräsentant mit, dass die Schuhe nach China geschickt müssen. Diese Mail war nur 3 Tage lesbar, dann aber wieder gelöscht. Nach dem wir den Paypal angeschaltet haben, hat man uns erklärt, dass wir uns kein Geld zurück erhalten. Somit kann ich sagen: keine Schuhe und kein Geld zurück (40$). Wir möchten nur andere Verbrauche warnen nichts bei der Firma zu bestellen, weil dort nicht mit rechten Dingen zugeht.
Do not buy from them! They do not supply correct return address in China until months later. I returned to the address given on the package and it was within Canada. They only offer 25% refund then it is too late according to them to grant anymore than that even though they have your return package. The products sent are not as they appear on the site, the sizes are wonkie, the colours are off, and material used to manufacture the products are not as seen on the web site.
I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau.
Please do not buy from them. I bought a pair of shoes and they were awful! So badly made. It took weeks to get hold of them. They do not give a return address at first. Then it's in China so cost to shi return is mental, which you have to pay.
Waited 3 weeks to get sandals. Cheap plastic tan color and not at all like the picture. Buckle attached to a white piece of elastic that did not even reach the strap to buckle sandal. Won't even bother to return... They just take our money and run.
Quality is awful and they have a 14 day return policy but won't give you the return address up front. You have to email them for it and then they just delay by asking questions that takes them days to write back and... of course, then you're outside the return window.
I work.at a very reputable shoe store... brick and mortar. These photos are of very good quality expensive shoes that are priced fixed and do not go on sale. I saw a naot shoe. I could even see the logo in the photo. They are advertising it at 43 dollars. This particular naot retails for 179.00. It's a fake. Do not order these shoes
All items are cheap, cheaply made, nothing like the pictures... worst mistake for purchasing! Listen to the reviews, I have a picture but it will not let me upload
OK they are cheap but the quality of the shoes are crap. I've asked them 5 times to email me the return address and they keep emailing back with discounts in next orders. Total waste of money and time. It is sad as this is coming from Pinterest!. I will try to see if I can alert other on Pinterest!

The photo of the sandals looked very professional but the actual product looks like they were purchased from a gumball machine. There is no reliable way to return the shoes for a refund since they shipped from China. I only wish I had googled GiftHerShoes before I wasted my money. Now I don't trust any vendor on Pinterest.
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They operate under many different names. They will not give you return address to get refund on junk shoes. Money back guarantee my $#*!.
I recently purchased three items from this website. The sandals have defective buckles so they aren't even wearable. The clothes are made of terrible materials and are too big. I tried to return the items but after three conversation with three different people, I still haven't received the return address needed to get my refund. They stall so you can't get the items back to them within the 14 days need for the refund. They keep sending me emails about keeping the product if they give me 10 percent or 15 percent back but they won't give me the return address. Stay away!

Sandals arrived 5 weeks after I placed order. Sandals missing the buckle part that hold the shoe on your feet! Save your money!

I should have known better but they are all over Pinterest so I gave it a try. The shoes arrived and were plastic. I will throw them directly in the garbage. I feel like an idiot for falling for this scam, not to mention the environmental impact of throw away shoes made in China.
The shoes are extremely extremely low quality. I wish I took just 5 minutes to read the reviews before placing an order. Pinterest should remove the site!
Terrible quality. Looks like it's made in a sweatshop. Don't waste your money. Waited forever. Very disappointed.
Like the others, I received a pair of shoes that were not accurate to size. Not to mention it took almost 2 months to arrive and they smelled of awful chemicals. They were packaged cheaply. NOT WORTH THE $50 PLUS DOLLARS. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Answer: I told my credit card company to challenge the charge. I was reimbursed and the bank then sends the issue to their fraud department.
Answer: This is the address they eventually gave me after the 14 return days were passed! This email came about a month down the road! With only a 25% refund offered after I pressured them. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau!
Answer: I am currently asking that my credit card company fight the charge. I have retained all my communication with the company as well as pictures of the product. I do think dissatisfied customers should contact both Shopify, the platform which launched this company as well as contact Pinterest who are advertising this company as legitimate. Those with Facebook and social media presence should use those platforms to deciminate information regarding this company. They are currently operating under the radar but the more they are exposed the less likely they can continue to sell their inferior product.

Answer: When I tried to send a complaint they blocked my emails and then the site mysteriously vanished. Don't know if it is back up yet. They never answered me about returns and the fact that they sent me some crappy shoes that weren't what I ordered. My advice is to count your losses and stay away from this site. You have to pay for shipping and what guarantee do you have that you'll actually get your money refunded.
