Gift cash offered me $1082. 29 CAD for my staples gift card with $1288. 44 CAD on it.

My balance is now at $0 on the gift card and the order has been canceled with a $0 pay out from giftcash.

I have not herd a response from giftcash customer service team and my money is gone from my gift card i left a text message and two emails and have not herd back.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES. THEY WILL TAKE Your MONEY AND CLAIM TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND ALL YOUR MONEY GONE

I actually was quite concerned because i found these reviews after i had submitted my cards to sell, fearing there would be issues with getting my money back. But it was totally fine and a smooth process. I received my money in less than a week. I'm quite satisfied with the service.

5 to 15 days hahahahahah! Contact support - not even worth the effort. The only thing I've heard back from support is from a negative review.

The first 3times I used giftcash, all 3 times I received my deposit 7 days or less ‍ recently here they are constantly going down hill!
My last 2 DEPOSITS TOOK Nearly 1 whole month!

$855.99 giftcard stolen by giftcash. SCAM
I had a Costco shop card with a balance of 855.99 that I was agreed to take 750 or so for. After two weeks of waiting and being told it was processing I was starting to feel like I was scammed. Then I get an update that my sell order had been changed to zero, I checked my balance on the gift card and it was also zero. After reaching out to customer service multiple times in then told that they were able to verify and use only 339$ and that my payout was getting ready to send out. The next day after not hearing anything I'm told that the order is back to zero and cancelled all together. I've been given a different answer by every person I've spoken with and they all contradict each other. I have every correspondence between me and customer service. They stole 855.99 from me and refuse to return the stolen funds

I sold them a 50$ gift card and they approved my sale and promised a 41$ payout, until the next day I looked at my order and it shows CANCELED and my gift card balance is 0$. I'll be reporting this site, let's get it shut down!

Been waiting almost thrre weeks now for a payout to my bank account that the website said would only take 5 days. Then they informed me that the time frame is 14 business days. They linked me to the faq page that mentions nothing about payout time frames anywhere, only how long to expect to wait if you buy. I don't think they are necessarily a scam but they are definitely not running a very tight ship.

GiftCash don't care about you; they will take as long as they wish before they pay you.
It's so fk annoying.
They say 10 to 15 days when the competitors take less than 5.
Secondly they ask for verification months after using the service and don't send you confirmation they got your infos.
They waste your time.
Chat customer service is a robot talking to you

I won't use this service ever again
I hate this website.
They don't pay fast & they steal the cards infos / say they are invalids and take the funds on them.

I GAVE THEM $120.00 HOME DEPOT CARD AND THEY SAID I WOULD GET $102 DOLLARS IN UP TO TWO WEEKS. WELL AFTER TWO WEEKS THEY SAID THERE STILL GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS THEN IN TWO MORE EEEKD THEY SAID IT AGAIN ALWAYS ACTING APOLOGETIC. WELL I FINALLY GAVE UP AND GRANDMOTHER HAD HER MONEY STOLEN FROM THEM THEIVES... AND THAT WAS GIFT CASH.CA

These people will steal your money, do not pay attention to fake reviews. This is a clear warning for anyone wanting to use gift cash. They will take your money, that you worked hard for. DO NOT USE THEM.

Bunch of bullies trying to run a company. Made a few sales of spare gift card, everything went smooth until one day they said you need to verify your identify. Fair enough, I sent my DL. Wasn't sufficient, I need to provide incremental address proof (like DL does not have address), I sent another proof (bank statement), was confirmed all good on April 12 and no verificiation will be needed in future. In July made another sale and got an email from Gabe guy I need to send a selfie holding my ID which should be clearly visible. I said I have already verified my identity and you have confirmed this. He said we are terminating your account and stopped replying to my email. It is not appropriate for them to force their customers to send their selfies holding their ids like criminals. I have complied with providing my identity proof on 2 separate occasions and they have not provided me any comfort whatsoever how my previously provided information is safe and they wont confirm if they have deleted it or still have it. These start ups hire bunch of bullies to run the business and they take it to the ground (Remember cardcash anyone). I have filed complaints with AG and BBB, which these guys laugh off and don't do anything about. Policies are insanely intrusive and need to be better (and hire professional and polite people to run the busienss) if they want to survive

Stay clear THIS PLACE WILL STEAL YOUR GIFT CARDS AND NOT PAY. I Sold gift cards to them on May 8th and still have not been paid

Giftcash is an AWFUL place of employment.
Payroll has a hard time getting your check to you on time. Never mind the correct amount. If you have garnished wages they wont be paid. The warehouse is about as organized as a childs toy box. The order of operation is for each position changes daily. Leading to 30% of all products being returned or sent back from distribution so even as a gift cash customer you are not guaranteed the correct product or qualit, and many times when selling a gift card to giftcash. The seller wont receive payment and then the gift card will be used
Management is also extremely unprofessional. Management will tell you
"Speak with corporate and you'll be fired" and other then all the constant OSHA violations being super sketchy. Google the warehouse coordinators name Rob Evon. Pretty sure there is somthing illegal going.

I started my process on 2/5. Today, 2/25 its going to take 3-5 business days to go through ach yet. Very unhappy with 30 days

Love them a bunch i am going to recommend them to others an will be returning to site thanks for the help
