I agreed to sell 3 gift cards to them with a total value of $75 with the understanding they would pay $65 for them within 2 business days. They took the $ off the cards but never issued payment when I questioned them a week later they say payment takes 10-15 business days even tho their website says 48 hours and u can't even talk to an actual person will never do business with them again
10 to 15 days.
Don't panic, Got mine in 8 days!
Email, texts, giftcash was supper helpful and attentive.
They are good.
When you get your cash, help them out by giving them a five star review.
They provide a pretty awesome service.
If you read the reviews you can see that people just get scared because they gave out the password to thier giftcard to a website probably without reading or looking at all.
I will use them in the future because they would answer every text I sent.
And sent me email updates.
They also paid the most.
Thanks giftcash
I went to site to render for cards totalling $10 each,i'm not sure but this company and all gift card to cash except one card.Bad business idea.
I had several issues, but they contacted me directly and increased the payment amount of my gift cards to get the issue resolved. Thank you.
Sold an unused gift card was told 2-3 days to receive payment to me. It's been 2 weeks. I get short non specific emails from the company. They've already used the gift card I sold them. It was used within10 minutes but they won't pay me. Ridiculous
I love gift cash they help me out getting my gift card sold and me paid once was with btc and this recent one will be paid into my bank... the only problem I have is they take so long to get your money to you...like 3 day should be the appropriate amount of time to send out your payment...but that's me... other then that there great
So I was really nervous once I read the reviews. But I sold two gift cards of my own that I had since Christmas. Got more of an offer than any other app. Transaction was super easy to figure out, after about five days (which is understood I completed it on a Saturday night), so I finally contacted customer service sent them an email. They emailed me back right away and said my transaction was approved and I should be receiving my pay after the rest of their verifications. I signed onto my account a bit later and the money was already in there! I had no trouble with this app WHATSOEVER! Customer service was super nice and very efficient. And so far this worked out better than any other gift card app that I had used before! Thanks guys!
I think that some of the negative reviews on here must be from some people that were just having a really bad day, taking it out on giftcash…. Because I do not see what the issue was AT ALL and I will be using them again!
It been 15 still no payment and i dont no what to think on order GA-17FC8-******* i have done business with them
I wanted to cash in my 100$ gift card and found a vendor online (GiftCash.com) would buy my card and exchange it for an ACH deposit to my bank.I provided the necessary details for the transaction and received a confirmation email telling me
"WOO-HOO! We received your order! Just hold on to your cards and we'll take care of the rest!"
GiftCash set the value they would pay me at $85.00, I was satisfied with this arrangement and waited approx.10 business days before inquiring (via text) about the status of my transaction. I was then informed, after a few emails and texting
"Your order status has changed to 'canceled'"
I then checked the balance with BestBuy and the value was now 0.00 The rep at giftcash.com informed me of their "Terms of Service" dismissed my property theft as "Tough Bananas!" also told me to contact Best Buy for a transaction printout.
Best Buy could only tell me over the phone the date of the transaction my card was charged and drained but being a gift card no other information existed.
So I filed a report with ftc.gov and Better Business Bureau
Dont trade here or you will be scammed.
I trade my TJ MAXX $50.
I always checked my card before trade.
But after one day the balance was $0.00 and they cancel my order with reason "Gift Card Invalid"

Nice and thank you scam website.
Zero stars needs to be a thing. Mind you I NEVER write reviews, but I absolutely needed to let out frustration and help my fellow people. The fact that a company had to send YOU an email saying "we haven't forgot about you" shows how slow their company is. I sold 1 card to gift cash and 1 card to CardCash. Card cash, approved, and accepted my card and had the money in my bank in 2 days. Gift cash however took the money from my gift card after 3 days of me sending it in, it's been over 10 days and it's STILL not in my account. Other than, "we haven't forgotten about you" email. There's zero line of communication from them or update on their website for your order. Given that their process is so slow, and you're trusting a company with your usable gird card information. There should be a ton more communication to be communicated. Absolutely do not use this website, instead use CardCash. I'll willing to take further action into getting this company revoked, I've done it before and I try and refrain from doing it to many, but company's like this should not exist. It's more of a pain for the guest than it is them, and they're getting the better end of the deal to begin with. PLEASE if you're reading this, do not use this company.
Would not recommend they stole the money off my gc after I put into the info on the site and now they are trying to say they never redeemed it when in fact they were the only people to have the card information stay far away from these people!
This is a scam or its the worst ran company ever. I sold them 2 gift cards one was Amazon and the other target after waiting 15 business days I contacted the company and they told me they were having trouble selling the Amazon card. Because obviously no one wants Amazon cards. SMH. They then suggested I except a refund for the Amazon card so they could put mytarget card in line for payout. Another 15 business days. At this point I've decided they can keep the cards and I'll use the next 15 business days to write reviews. Hope this helps.
Absolutely horrible. Customer service don't write you back. It doesn't matter how little the amount you sell or what store you sell the card from, it still takes 3.5-4.5 weeks. Don't use them. Trust me, 3xs shame on me. Thinking things would be faster being a returning customer. Nope!
Initially was skeptical after seeing not so good reviews online, but took a chance. I sold my apple gift cards to them and they were very prompt in depositing the money to my account. I definitely would recommend anyone to use their service
I have been waiting for my payout for almost a month now and nothing. And they said you can cancel either! They don't have customer service. Just a number to send text messages to and it's not helpful. Do not do business with them. They are thieves.!
Very quick exchange 3-4 days to sell a gift card. I was k8nda nervous in the beginning but will definitely use again
I've used GiftCash to offload thousands of dollars in gift cards over the last year or so. At first, I was skeptical/cautious, so I started with only a couple orders, then, after some initial success, I started to sell more and more. I have gone as far as selling $4,000 worth of cards in one month and, so far, have had very few hiccups.
The one thing you have to do is BE PATIENT. Like REALLY REALLY PATIENT. The site says most transactions are processed between 5 and 15 business days of the order being made. The keyword here being MOST, not all. You will often see some orders get fulfilled and others stuck in the queue for several more days or even weeks.
However, this makes logical sense. Obviously, GiftCash requires cashflow in to pay it's sellers. If it shelled out the cash right away to everyone, they would find themselves in crippling debt. By staggering payouts, they are allowing themselves time to recoup expenditures by direct or indirect gift card sales. I have waited in excess of a month on a couple isolated occasions, but ultimately I was always paid out in full. PATIENCE IS KEY. If you need the money fast, look somewhere else, but if you can afford to wait, you will end up getting paid.
One big tip I have is to do all your orders individually (i. E. one gift card per order)
For large orders with multiple gift cards, I find that you may have to wait longer as GiftCash does not appear to offer partial payments and you will instead need to wait for all cards in your order to be processed before payment is dispensed. Smaller, individual orders seem to be processed more quickly or at least will provide smaller, but more frequent payouts while you wait.
Also, when making orders with numerous gift cards, I have occasionally encountered a bug which populates multiple gift cards with the same keyed in information. This glitch will overwrite previous entries if you try to correct it down your list. If this happens, you need to remove/zero out the affected cards in the order and try those again, separately. Another good reason to make multiple, small orders instead of a couple large ones, if you can.
Overall, pleased with GiftCash and will continue to work with them.
