Scam

Item did not arrive. I ordered balloons to be delivered by christmas eve. No sign of them. They have no interest in sorting it out or offering a refund. They are a scam. Avoid if you do not want to lose money.

My friend ordered a gift for me for Christmas, it never arrived. A man called me from 0034 968 752 283, he said a third party company is trying to deliver and no one is in the villa, I told him I do not live in a villa! I gave directions to the address, which he confirmed was exactly what he had on the order and still nothing arrived.

He called again stating the order was a 'F***ing' mess and laughed.

Nothing has been heard from this company since! No-one answers the number above and no response to text messages.

The terms and conditions on their website have been concocted to cover their fraudulent behaviour! They will not refund if the address is wrong (how convenient!) They promise aftercare sales, this is clearly false representation and of course they promise satisfaction guaranteed, from the comments below there are a lot of unsatisfied customers.

No attempt to deliver has been made.

There have been several complaints registered on Better Business Bureau and the Complaints Board about the Jagma Group LLC./ Giftblooms. They are not reputable and unprofessional.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS

I ordered a wine a cheese basket for a colleague in Switzerland on December 12 for a pre-Christmas delivery. The cheese arrived, but not the wine. There's bad customer service and then there is no customer service, which is the case with GiftBlooms. No phone number to contact them and the numerous emails that I sent came back with a very standard apology and "we're investigating" for close to two weeks now. Christmas has come and gone without any resolution, leaving me no recourse but to dispute the credit card charge. Stay away from doing business with this company!

Hi, I ordered a $200 gift basket to be delivered to Pr. Rupert BC, Canada, After I did that, I checked the reviews, which weren't good. I was scared that I might not receive it at all. I emailed them to let them know my concern. They delivered a very nice basket, but it was 5 days late. Fortunately, it didn't matter that much that it was late, but should I have needed it on a particular day, that would have been disastrous. I was prepared to take a lot of action should I have not received my basket, but fortunately, I did get it. Thanks Gift Bloom for getting my basket to the correct location, appreciate it.

My son was ill so I sent him a same-day gift basket - it shows delivered but no tracking, no picture that it was. There is no phone # to call so I emailed TWO DAYS ago & still no response. NEVER again!

I ordered a cake and some flowers to be delivered for my mums birthday. I found out (1hr after I placed the order) that she would be overseas. I contacted this company on the same day and asked for a later delivery date. They replied and confirmed the new date. Then I found out that they just delivered on the original date (left on the doorstep!). I contacted them for an explanation and to arrange another delivery or refund. Sadly the issue was not resolved. They just said that my request to change the delievry date was "too late" to take affect, even though I made the change within hours of the original booking, but the delivery was not dispatched for 6 days!?! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Read the reviews and take note.
Unprofessional, rude, unreliable company who tried charging us extra for delivery because they could not organise a delivery time. This cake cost $120!
We then received harassing emails for payment.
Find yourself a better more reputable company to give your money to or run the risk of similar problems.

I ordered a Black Forest cake for my sister's birthday to deliver to Winnipeg canada which was initially said 57$ with free delivery charge but at the end they charged extra 57$ for delivery saying that is because we selected a specific date. But this was not mentioned anywhere when you are ordering the cake. However sad thing is cake did not get delivered on the day we specified and the guy called dacso said my sister was not at home when they dilivered which was a big fat lie because she was waiting for her cake all day at home.
We classify these people are ONLINE THIEVES. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I ordered a cake and a balloon bouquet of 6 balloons totaling $290.72 to be sent to Hobart TAS, Australia and they never delivered the cake and only 2 balloons got delivered. WTH? Sent email after email no answer. Then I requested a refund and got nothing either. I am Disputing it with credit card company. They totally ruined a birthday. NOT HAPPY.

I ordered what I thought was a simple bouquet of balloons to be delivered to a hospital patient. I paid for preferred shipping. 2 days after the expected delivery date there was no delivery and no communication from the company about a delay. After issuing an inquiry, I received a reply that there is a delay (that was obvious!), and that the order would be delivered in a day or 2. Did I mention the balloons were going to someone in the hospital and timeliness is an issue? I cancelled the order and will never use this company. I understand circumstances can arise delaying an order; however, I find it highly unresponsive and unprofessional to not be proactive about communicating with a customer about such delays.

$#*!ING HORRIBLE THIEVES.

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't gkvetbem 0 stars.
Absolutely terrible company and service. The cake was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday, the delivery didn't even phone my friend, didn't ring any buzzers, simply stated they couldn't get ahold of anyone and left. They didn't even leave the card to pick up... The cake was needed for Sunday and so it was left at the pick up spot, all $#*!ing weekend... and couldn't be picked up because my friend was at work. The company doesn't care, they don't offer refunds, they're thieves. I wish i would have seen the terrible reviews before losing money. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF $#*!ING 45.

Since there is NO 0 or STAY AWAY option, I have to give this company a 1 to be able to post this review. Took my money on August 25 it is now September 1 and order was not received. A lot of automated responses NO live agent. An investigation has been launched! If after reading all the reviews and you still make a decision to take a chance consider your funds a donation! Call your bank and maybe they can help you get your $$ back! That's what I did. 55 day waiting period to try and get this resolved through the proper channels.

Stay away from them!

I placed an order for Red Wine & Snax Gift Box on 8/21 and never got e-mail confirmation. Luckily I printed the invoice. The gift never made it. Made several attempts to call and no one picked the phone (the voice message advised me that the google subscriber is not available). Sent e-mail - bounced back at me. Tried on their "live"(?) chat - no response at all. Stay away form them. Don't use them!

Ordered get well balloons on Thursday for Saturday delivery. Got an email Saturday that they couldn't deliver until Monday, no apology offered. I explained the balloons are for a one year old and I need them delivered asap. They responded that Monday was the best they could do. Got an email on Monday that THEY HAVE NO BALLOONS (yes you read that right), but could send flowers on Tuesday, still no apology. I demanded a refund, got no response and still, no apology. UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNAPOLOGETIC!

I have honestly never seen anyone do business like this. First of all, I ordered an order(Hugs n kisses-strawberry) and after paying for it I get a message saying that it is not available and then they offered a basket of strawberry. I was literally okay with it as long as it was strawberry but when it was actually delivered there was not a single strawberry on the fruit basket. I paid $100 for that order and what was delivered wasn't worth $#*!.

Never ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Instead of the expensive gourmet cake I ordered they delivered something that looked like a chocolate donut and was stale. ALl efforts to contact the company through social media, phone, email and their chat feature of their website failed. No one ever answered or returned my attempts to contact them.
They SUCK.
