I bought beads twice from gets.cn online shopping, not very satisfaction for my first order, because I got the wrong size for my beads bracelet, but when I told them, a few days later, they sent the right sizes to me again and giving me extra coupon for compensation.So last month, I trailed the twice order, all were wonderful as same as my ideas, and delivery on time. I bought from different buyers, many of them declare manufacture and delivery can be fast to give costumer, but I always failure to miss my business opportunity, but gets.cn can do it well from my experience. This is my best sanctification, good quality can be guaranteed. So I decide to give them a review,
Not everybody is perfect in the world, and can make a or all mistakes, but can do best to mend the errors, all can be reverent and pardonable.

My issue is not about the shipping speed of this company, like other customers complain about, my problem with this company is about the quality of goods they sell. This company is a total fraud, all they do is cheating people with the bad quality they sell. They show you a very nice pictures of items for sale, but when you get the merchandise, it's a total garbage quality, fits to be thrown away in the garbage. I tried to buy from them for the past few years, purchased from them few times before, all the time the same problem.
So, if you are interested in buying garbage quality, this company will do, otherwise, just stay away from them, find another supplier, like I did.

Very nice selection of beads (glass, charms, cloisonne, semi-precious stones and genuine Swarovski crystals in a fantastic assortment of colour) and other uncommon pieces. The styles of chain and cord available are also impressive. Quality of products appeared decent. It's not the most organized site nor the best lit, but it is fairly easy to find what you want.

The only reason I give them a 3 is because I thought the price of the beads was not particularly competitive.

The first order I placed from them was exactly as I ordered and fast shipping. The second order is the reason I will not order from this company again. I ordered several items. One item I ordered with a 500 quantity and I noticed it didn't look like 500. I opened and counted and found only 199 pieces to be exact. I contacted by email and was requested to take pictures of items I ordered and packaging. On the label it stated 500 pieces, but there was Not 500. I sent them the pictures and the reply was that since the label said 500 then that was was I got. They told me to recheck the box (was told to do this 3 times). There has been 3 emails back from them and each time the remarks led to that they show 500 shipped. I order from China from several companies and have never this issue let alone being treated as if I am a liar. I will never order from this company again. I have ordered from another supplier several times in the last 4 years and thought I would give this company a try. I made a terrible mistake. I should have known to stick to the one that I have trusted over the years. They have always treated me with respect!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
I have made two orders from this site, both of $3,000 dollars. These people have run the same scams on me both times:
1. They immediately advise you need to up the quanties you have ordered because the factory does not have enough and will not produce them for lessers quantity. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY BEADS THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU.
2. When you say no they will refund you the money for the beads - NOT THE PACKAGING AND POSTING COSTS - THEY KEEP THAT.
3. They will send you faulty goods - pearls that flake, strands of beads with marks on them, strands in horrible colours, beads without a hole through the middle. When you complain they will ask you to send a photo. Then they will say they are referring it to another department. They will ask you to send another photo and finally they will ask you post the items back to them (they state it must be the cheapest possible (which will take ages from the UK)or they will not refund the cost). Don't get suckered into this, THEY DON'T INTEND TO REFUND ANYWAY, they are trying to string you out so that you eventually give up. They hope you won't bother to give them poor feedback.

I like many here also wait a very long time for my goods because in reality they don't have any items in stock, which means that goods that you order for christmas, valentines etc. etc. Will come at least a month late.

I am a customer for a long time and I am really satisfied with all the work done here. Sometimes orders may take little bit longer to arrive and I can really understand this, but it has been times that products arrived much faster than I have expected. So keep doing this good job and I believe that you will get to the top. The biggest advantage in this site is that the layout is very clearly, how easy you can find anything you want.

I purchased some lampwork beads from Gets.cn last month. They didn't send those beads i purchased on time. The staff in Gets.cn told me the reason is that the last step to make lampwork beads is drying them in the sun. Unluckily， it's the rainy season in july in China. Well, my order has arrived yesterday. The quality of my lampwork beads is so perfect. If Gets.cn send my order on time with bad quality, I would be very angry. But now, I'm satisfied with these beads. Thank you so much.

I never thought I will be a successful business woman until I found my reliable supplier—Gets. Cn 7 years ago. At the beginning, I knew the fashion jewelry will have a larger market. So I started my own jewelry company. At that time, I purchased jewelry supplies from several suppliers from USA and UK. But I was a little disappointed for their prices and quality. Fortunately, I found it finally—Gets. Cn. And now, I have being its regular customer for more than 7 years. We have a long and friendly relationship of cooperation. I purchased a lot of acrylic beads from it again last month. They are always satisfying me: the quality is good, the prices are competitive and the packing is very good too.

Buyer Beware! The website says you get one quantity at a specific price, but check your invoice carefully. On several items I got half the quantity and they kept the price the same. They do not notify you that the price has doubled. You are responsible to check your invoice quantity against what is shown on the website. They say they are not responsible. Also, many items were defective! I have yet to see if they will return my money. Also, when you place an order and pay via paypal, they reply back that the price on the website was incorrect (too low of course) and that you owe extra money. READ the positive reviews carefully, the good reviews sound like they are written by an Asian person. I highly suspect they write their own good reviews. You are not doing business with an American company, so don't expect American style customer service. China has NO customer service.

If your new to this website you would be well advised to know that they have items that are in stock at their own factory, if u don't like to wait 2 months for your order go directly to "in stock" at the top of the page, the home page, you will get your items much quicker if you do this, but if they don't have what u want there and you have to get it not on the "stocks" be prepared and patient to wait a loong time! I am super happy with my order though I ordered 1000 glass beads for "pandora" like bracelets that I am selling, I am very happy with the quality, I paid $100 for 1000 Murano beads and they are stunningly beautiful! A lot of them have a little tiny bit of glue on the top from where the silver centers are glued, but its not bad and these r pretty good quality overall, at least when I got them all of the aluminum cores didn't fall out as this has happened from other stores I have bought from! All in all though you can get fantastic deals for your business, just remember "stocks"

This website has LOTS and LOTS of wonderful items to select from and their prices is great if you purchase the min. Qty. The site is hard to navigate, took me hours to find everything I'm looking for. The prices are great but the min. Quantity is very high. My first purchase cost me over $3,000 which is the most I've ever made on one transaction and I wasn't able to get nearly as many items as I'd like. Due to the high min. Qty. The shipping is high but still reasonable considering the amount of items I purchased. Communication is not so great. Their English is fair but still have a hard time getting them to understand what I need. My first experience with this company is not yet completed as I have not received my merchandise but so far I am disapointed in that they apparently work with several factories. I thought they manufacture the items themselves. It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order and they have contacted me at least 10 times now wanting me to increase my qty on specific items because it was out of stock and they have to produce which requires higher qty purchase. It would have been better if they find out all items requirng a change and get back to me once instead of 10 different times requring I change my order 10 times which tends to cause confusion. Also I am just one person, not a big company so this is hard for me financialy but I did increase the qty some things and had to cancel others. They make you pay right away for any balances outstanding before starting production yet when they have had to cancel items due to not being available and I wasn't willing to increase the qty amt. They give you a credit instead of a refund. I don't believe this is fair considering I pay promptly which they expect so they should also refund just as promptly. It makes me feel that once they get your money they are not giving it back - you'll just have to purchase more stuff to eat up any credit. Also the credit amount was incorrect. You have to really look at everything carefully or you'll allow them to make a mistake in their favor. Currently I am working with them to get it fixed so that I am charged only what I purchased. They owe me a credit for canceling items yet their invoice shows a balance due instead?

And lastly their production time is lengthy. I was hoping to get the products in time to sale for Christmas but it is going to take about a month (estimated only) before they ship and by then it is too late. I will write another review once I receive the products.
