I was anxiously waiting for my camera and finally got it last week. I found it futuristic and yet cost-effective. With a little help from the tech support I am totally at ease with using my camera at home and at work.

Delivery was just as promised by the customer support and the camera came in perfect condition. We haven't had the opportunity to test it yet, but the customer support was excellent and the camera and the accessories look fantastic.

I have wanted a Lumina camera since the start of the campaign. After a long wait, I finally got my delivery and have been using it for two days now without any issues.

Whenever I encounter a problem with the camera software, I reach out to the customer service and they take care of it right away. They have literally walked me through step by step to get my camera running smoothly. Amazing team.:+1:

We have 2 Lumina cameras installed on our campus and both are working perfectly. Their post-sale assistance is also quite impressive.

After sale service is good. Camera is 4k with a large sensor and a robust aluminum body. Design is also awesome. I couldn't use all the AI features yet but I have booked an online session with the technical support for further guidance. Will be updating my review soon.

Good quality camera equipment. Software beta with some issues but if you require assistance the technical support is excellent. Quite happy with the video quality.

This company is amazing as far tech support and product build and features are concerned. Software needs improvements I am told but to be honest I am okay with it. Minor issues aren't a big deal and will be fixed through updates, I am sure. However, if I ever feel dissatisfied with the product or service I'll come back and change this review.
