I luckily stumbled upon this site and when I was about to give up hope GetHuman was able to fix my issue of getting back on my pof.com site within a day. I answered a few questions that they asked and they were able to get back on my site with the very same password that pof.com kept saying was incorrect. I am a very satisfied customer and give you the FIVE stars that you so rightly deserve! THANK YOU GetHuman!:-)

My problem was addressed and is in the process of being refunded so I'm waiting at the moment I sent in all that was asked of me!
I appreciate the service I received from GetHuman. It made the difference! The problem arose when Channel 4 was rebanded (moved from VHF to UHF) and came in many db lower than the original VHF Frequency. The antenna I had was too small that is it didn't have enough gain in the UHF spectrum so I have purchased an antenna that has about 10 db more forward gain in the UHF band as I live in a fringe area.
I had a problem with my Garmin GPS devise (Nuvi 255 to be precise). The device could not locate any satellites. I contacted Garmin first but they basically told me "throw your GPS into trash and buy a newrer Garmin GPS"). Reluctant to do that, I searched the internet and came accross Gerhuman. After explaining the problem to them, they send me tons of email with many incredibly sophisticated procedures how to solve the problem. After a few hours of applying their recommendations, my GPS started to work again. GetHuman is an incredibly smart and knowledgeable company. They turned out to be true GPS experts. If there is ever a problem I will always contact them first as they seem to know more about GPS than Garmin itselt. I am deeply impressed.

The agent I connected with by telephone gave me the very best service. I am an 82 year old senior and he was so patient with me as I am not that computer savvy. He solved my problem with a great attitude and lots of patience. Don't think I dealt with such a great customer service agent anywhere in the past. Pay him well and keep him around.

Happy to have their help and hope I don't have more problems with my TILE because their response is very slow and there is no phone number for technical difficulties or any problems for that matter. In virtually any instance where a company does not have a readily available customer service number, I can check GetHuman and make contact with someone at the company who can help me. Your service is truly unique and I appreciate it.
Be patient, don't give up and follow the instructions and you too will GET a HUMAN on the line and will get your business taken care of. I needed to call the IRS and today is the 15th of April so imagine how many people were trying to get through to speak with a representative. It sure felt good, when I was told that my holding time was only going to be 7 to 10 minutes! I know I was smiling throughout the call and I even caught myself humming to some of the music that was being played (and it was the kind of music that they play in elevators or when you're sitting in the chair at the dentist's office, that instrumental kind of music, lol)! When the representative got on the phone and told me their name and their ID #, I couldn't help myself by saying, "This really is the IRS!" Before I knew it, I was thanking the representative for their assistance and I was done! And I have GetHuman to thank! Thanks so much GetHuman, you saved me hours and maybe even days of holding time!
Where company customer support lets you down, gethuman gives you a lifeline. They tell you what modes of communication work and also help you phrase your question clearly. I just read you can also call through gethuman if you are abroad and need to deal with businesses back home. I am grateful for the team that built and maintains this website. Thank you.

Only one problem is very difficult to get customer service during period January - April, to reinstall the program if by any chance lost.

By being able to call and speak to a live person, I was able to resolve my problem in just minutes. I didn't think it would go so smoothly!
Answer: I'm not going to take the chance. One bad review is enough to stop me. They charge $75. But in their terms, state service is free.
