Your part numbers need a lot to be desired. Also, looking up by model numbers all numbers are not listed. I had to go to the manufactures site to get a part number. Why can't I submit the manufacture's name model or part number and go right to the parts lists? Tell me why or how to do it on your site.

I received a part that was not the same as what was ordered. I notified customer support. They sent info to me to send it back. I am awaiting my credit back. The order was a hard to come by part. I ended up finding one locally. I am still impressed with your service and will use it again in the future.
