I called their customer service department to confirm how many days it was going to take to deliver the package. The shipping was only $5.00/5 days to arrive. Overall, I was satisfied with the representative that answered all of my concerns.
I like the idea of knowing you had 3 of the parts I needed in stock, making me feel a lot more comfortable that I will get one. Another site I had first tried to order from did not tell me they didn't have any in stock and 3 weeks later I still had not received my part, costing my a lot of money in lost revenue on the dryer. Everything was absolutely perfect, it was the exact right part, it arrived exactly when Dappz said it would and the dryer is now working and I'm happy. I don't think for any commercial or industrial parts I will go or even be tempted to go anywhere else. THANKS BUNCHES!
