I received the order in a timely fashion, and the products were in very good condition for being used
As I wrote in an email, what I received included a damaged part. Luckily the part from the unit I was replacing fit and I could make do. Still, it was unsatisfactory that a damaged unit was shipped. Customer Service did offer to replace the whole unit. But that would be too much trouble since i'fd already installed it.
