So impressed with delivery time, I ordered it on Monday morning & it was DELIVERED Tues. Morn. Amazing! Wish I had stumbled across Dappz a few weeks earlier. I had ordered a different part from a different company and it took over two WEEKS to get it.
Thus far, it is good. Hopefully, when part arrive, there is no issue.
Part has slight defect when it arrived; the display on the panel did not fully display.
I asked for another one but customer service wanted me to return it but it is a hassle to take it aparts and plus I/the unit will be out of service for weeks before I could use it.
Since they are not willing to do it, I guess that I have to live with the defect.

I was amazed at the speed in which I received the order.
Only problem I had was that my complete address although it printed out on my credit card receipt, the last two numbers of my unit number were cut off on the Dappz shipping paperwork for some unknown reason. I mentioned this to them so hopefully they corrected their website so this doesn't happen to others. Thus my order was lost for 2 days until I was able to correct it with Dappz. Would have been nice to be able to call them with the info but I had to send an email to communicate with them. You just hope someone is on the other end reading the email you send. My order did arrive in excellent condition and is working fine.
So far perfect. If it arrives on date shown it will be a 100% experience.
I had a repair person coming on the promised date and it arrived right on time. Couldn't have been a better experience.
