It was very easy and fast. Plus I like the fact that I will get my part tomorrow.
Getting the password in was tricky. And when I checked out, I did not have the Paypal option which I wanted to use. Our part arrived one day later than promised but we were very happy with our experience with Dappz.com.
Some how between PayPal and dappz.com the address was messed up (Different billing address than mailing address and they combined the 2 and came up w/ an address that doesn't exist.) and dappz.com stated they could not change the ship to address then stated they could but it would cost an extra $17.50.
Then after all that and giving them the address 3 times over the phone and twice in an email they still shipped it to the wrong address. So 2 days after UPS said it was delivered I had to go pick it up from the neighbors house.
The product I ordered was correct, worked as advertised and was a good price.
Customer service sucked... PayPal saved the day though...
We got the part we ordered in a timely manner. Not much else I can say!
