The size of the item I ordered was incorrect even when I was ordering it, I typed in the make and model of the microwave and that turntable came up. Contacted Dapzz.com and was sorely disappointed with the response time and lack of assistance I received. Am sending back the item, paying a 25% restocking fee, even when I let them know what I needed was the right size item and was having trouble finding the part number for that model microwave, so I gave them the model number and make, hoping since they sell turntables for microwaves, they might have more luck or some knowledge, but was told I needed to find the part number, maybe by "checking Amazon". Not cool and since the only way to not pay the restocking fee would be to take a credit, I will be sending the item back and never doing business with them again. Not professional or helpful. Big thumbs down!
