Seems as if there are a few site bugs that should be worked out. When first arriving at the site, there is a banner ad that indicates shipping is $5 on orders over $50, but when you check out, shipping is bumped to $5.50. Also, the shipping calculator sometimes makes it seem as if an extra $5 is being charged, but paypal gets charged properly. All that said, shipping was really fast, the price was the best that I could find and I received exactly what I ordered.

The order process on the website could be better

The order process on the website could be better - the product detail listing is not clear so I accidentally ordered doubles of the items. Turns out I needed a double of one anyhow as I dropped one of the boxes and broke one set of grill plates. They were not packaged and shipped with adequate protection against breakage.

I found an appliance part of amazon.com and it linked me to Dappz.com for the purchase. The part itself was fine, but it didn't fix my appliance once I installed it. BE AWARE: They charge a 25% restocking fee that is very hidden in the fine print when you purchase, and they require you to purchase the shipping label to return the item from them. I purchased this item for a total of $90.39 with shipping and when I returned it using the label they sent me, I was only refunded $54.17. I recommend purchasing from a company like a-1appliance.com who gives much better service and doesn't charge you the restocking fee if the part doesn't fix it. Besides their crappy "restocking fee" charge, their customer service stinks. I had to email/call the company about six times total just to get them to issue me a RMA number. They clearly have an unwritten policy of trying to keep as much of your money as possible by giving customers the run-around and charging a high percentage "restocking fee" that isn't very well publicized when you make a purchase from them. Go elsewhere!

I found the shopping very easy and secure. I havent received the item yet, but I got informed my shopping is protected by google.
The only think I didn't like is that I didnt get offer any other shipping way than only FedEx Ground. I would have been preffer a faster way, but it's ok.

I'll be very happy when this part arrives on Monday as per estimated delivery. This will make my wife very happy.
UPDATE 10/5/14 - Package arrived when scheduled and I installed the part in my U-Line 29R referigerator. Everything works now and my wife is extatic. I'm happy with Dappz because 1) they had the part I needed, 2) The price was good, and 3) Shipping was very fast.
[Note - Installing the coil through a very small hole in the back of the referigerator was a bit difficult, so only attempt this repair yourself if you are handy and good with tools.]

Delivery estimator on the website indicated ship from California to California and that it would take one day. Called to confirm this. Rep told me that estimator on website was accurate and correctly picked source warehouse for delivery estimate. Once ordered, products shipped from Midwest with four business days' delivery time. Only ordered based on the speed I would have received the part. I could have paid a little more in town and had my stove back in one day; due to incorrect information from you it was closer to a week.
