The bulb I ordered by part number was listed as 5 watt and received a 40 watt bulb. As it turns out the manual is wrong and the site listed it wrong causing me to pay $29.00 for a $6.00 bulb. Looks like fraud with all the miscommunications from the site and the manufacturer's parts list. Don't worry, if the bulb causes a short in oven or starts a fire I will know who to name in the suit. As for now I just was misled into paying about 4 times the price so will know not to trust this site again.

The overall experience with DAPPZ was very positive. We received the correct parts in the promised time frame.

The one downside, which may be a shipping company fault, is that the drum wrapper was damaged when it arrived. There was a "crease" in the shipping carton that did not look at all alarming, but the dryer drum was deeply dented where something struck it through the carton. The dent was the size and shape of a football, and could not be completely hammered out. I used the heel of my hand and several minutes of effort, but the thin sheet metal was creased, wrinkled and retained several much smaller dents after my best attempts to remove the damage.

DAPPZ responded quickly with a shipping label to return the defective drum and an offer to replace it once the drum arrived at the return center. They were professional and responsible in dealing with this issue.

Easy to find the dish rack to fit my Kenmore DW, though the image could have been of the type that allows you to examine the item more closely, as is often done with clothing and shoes. The item we received was not the original equipment but a substitute that, fortunately, fit fine. A note was attached to the dish rack stating that the original equipment was not available. All in all, we are satisfied with the product, but are surprised that the item was priced at nearly 1/3 the cost of new dish washer.
