Price is very favorable plus part is advertised that it is made by the manufacturer, so that was great. The only option for shipping was 2 Day, but the part arrived on the third day (not counting Sunday - otherwise it would have been the fourth day).

Price was good compared to others that I saw online. Product (dishwasher gasket) was what I expected and seems to be performing correctly so far (no leaks).

The part was delivered in a reasonable amount of time in new condition.

Although the product was exactly what i ordered, their packaging was awful. They used an oversize box to ship a microwave door and the only "packaging material" they used was paper. The box arrived opened and torn since the door didn't quite fit in the box.
